Messed up the order just a little bit and the manager was kinda rude but I understand because there was a lot of cars behind me but I was very rushed. I asked for 2 orders and only got one but the food was amazing. Gave me an unsweet tea instead of a sweet tea but gave me one when I asked
Excellent service! I was a little confused if I could enter the building. But I was greeted at the door and was told currently they were only doing drive thru, mobile pickups/car drop offs and door dash pickups. I said I'll try doing the mobile stuff and the gentlemen graciously offered one of his staff personnel to assist me (he also let me enter the restaurant with my mask on).
It was breakfast time but there was no spicy chicken biscuits so I asked if it was possible to get a spicy chicken sandwich. I was told it would take some time but yes they would be able to do that for me. My food was yummy however my drink of unsweetened tea and lemonade was all sweet lemonade (I did not mind since customer service was so wonderful). The restaurant was newly renovated and I was told that indoor dining would be opening soon.
Quick service. Can't say it was accurate enough, but worked well for me. got a free chicken wrap :D
Staff are working hard, well dressed, organized, and professional. Location and facility are excellent. Food was great as usual.
I just wish when they take the order to have the big menu behind them since not everyone knows what they wanna order.
They have ordering down to a science. This place gets really busy around lunch time and its amazing how fast your in and out. Great and friendly people as well.
The food is always excellent. On this trip I had the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich. It is my newest favorite. It definitely packs a punch to the taste buds. 4 stars bc our wait was longer than usual
The new drive thru is really nice and was needed BUT they are going to need to work on timing!..after receiving my order, I had to wait in the first lane bc the car in front of me had not yet received their order...I would still be sitting if I had not asked the associate.. is the order in front of me coming soon! We all know, even as good as those waffle fries are, they don't go down well when COLD or reheated . They eventually had the car pull to the side and wait for their order. I guess this location is so used to long lines, it didn't register that one line is not moving!
Great location! Well run. There's a 1st time for everything. Today my order was incorrect but they quickly fixed it.
Fantastic food always so fresh. An ordering and delivery system that is well thought out, very efficient. They adapted to a crisis spectacularly.
Food rarely disappoints. Same great taste. Employees in drive thru just need to be a bit more aware. The young ladies taking orders on one side we re all the way down the drive thru taking orders around the bend. My side was at least 6 cars behind. Why not jump to the other side and help out? Also a bit frustrating when you get your order before the two cars ahead of you. With remodel, no easy place to park and wait for food.
I used to love this location before the remodel. The last time I went there they forgot one item and when I let them know they asked me to wait at curbside and they would bring it to me since the inside is still closed because of covid. I called three different times and three different people answered the phone saying they d bring it out but forgot about me. I waited 45 minutes for them to bring me a salad I ordered through the drive through. By the time I got my salad the rest of my food was cold. I will never go back to this location purely because they re so unorganized. Not to mention the drive through is always slow now. I almost feel bad because the owner Mr.Tom is really nice but the service is outrageous now.
