I ended up knowing a girl that works there. I still ordered through this company knowing she knew who I was. Unfortunately she ended up telling people what I was ordering. This has to be against the law or something. She ended up telling my close friends what I was ordering from them. I am now highly embarrassed. Will not be ordering from this company again. Can t keep it local. They will tell your private business.

If you need a company that is reliable and honest, this isn't it. Every month packages are late. And in case this get deleted as I see other bad reviews have in the past, I am a former, real client who's son for a third month in a row doesn't have the supplies he needs to be fed.

Your team was very polite and professional. I still had to call multiple times a week to follow up and remind them that it needed to be ordered and shipped earlier. I was promised that they would ship it Friday morning and it would arrive Friday night... From Rock Hill S.C to Emerald Isle in one day. I reminded them once again it takes longer than that because I didn't live in the Wilmington area, but they assured me they were on top of it. The next day I get a call from your company telling me, my order would be later than expected because my doctor needed to authorize and she was on vacation. They refused to try and get it from one of his other doctors in the same office until I asked why they needed another authorization when the scripts we're only 3 months old and they only needed a new script every "six months" per your employee. So I call you guys the following day after my doctor confirmed he has sent it over and they didn't know what I was talking about or why they needed a new authorization for scripts that were so new. They then confirmed that my shipment would be there by the 4th... But it was supposed to be there on the first because that's when I would run out of supplies. I yet again reminded them of that and for the third time that week another employee was like "Okay I'll make a note of that." Please don't mistake me for an unreasonable customer with unreasonable expectations. For three months I waited patiently for it to be worked out, but some where along the lines the ball was dropped. You kept putting blame on the warehouse but they send shipping and order slips in the boxes and it clearly states when the order was placed by your company and when they ship it out.

I just wanted to take a minute and reach out to let you know you have an amazing employee in Latoya Battle. I have been through a huge transition needing to set up everything from diapers to feeding tubes. Latoya has been kind, communicative and professional in every bit of this process. So many things have gone wrong especially getting RX for needs yet everyday she followed up and never gave up. She made sure I was sent formula during the process since we are almost out and she follows up on everything. You are truly lucky to have her working for you. She is incredible!

Employees Will talk about you behind your back no one comes to you directly...terminates employees without legitimate reasons. Company will not let you speak with CEO if you nicely ask..they clearly act as if it's a crime as if you can't speak to him,instead they push you off to a manager. And another thing if a patient ,clearly uses a name brand product for their child or special someone they do not want to be convinced to try another product when the patient clearly knows what they want and what they have been using. Overall I would not recommend.

When asked to speak to CEO , was repeatedly pushed away with sayings like "oh he is busy or oh he is in a good mood I wouldn't bother him" this review is my review, only stating FACTS so say what you want to say. This place cant give my dog a diaper. This is not a desperate attempt

US Med Express is the greatest medical supplier ever! I'm so grateful for the supplies that have been sent to my grandmother over the years. I appreciate the prompt service from customer service as well. This is the go to medical supplier for supplies covered under certain plans that are offered at a lower price or fully covered. Their turnaround time is great and the supplies are shipped to your door.

I have used US Med Express for medical supplies for my medically complicated son for more than 10 years. They are friendly, customer-oriented and very professional. They are very accurate and have always ensured that we are happy. On the rare occasion that an error occurs in the supplies my son receives they always make sure they correct it promptly. I have used other supply companies in the past and US Med Express is by far better and more reliable. You couldn't get a better company to help with your medical; supplies.

This company is amazing. Their staff are friendly and courteous. I ve been dealing with them going on 3 years now. I have never had a problem with them. They always reach out 10 days before your order is due to be shipped out to see if you want to change anything.
We are so very grateful to US Med Express for all the excellent help they have offered us in getting my daughter s needs met. They have gone way beyond the call of duty to help us find products that work for her (allergic to materials and skin issues). We even had access to an e-nurse who gave us excellent solutions to some skin issues that her PCP hadn t even told us about! We highly recommend them for medical supplies and problem solving in special needs situations.

This company is amazing! Their staff is friendly and easy to work with. The owner Martin always comes to say good morning and checks on all his departments through out the day. I love how we have such close relationships to our patients that we have never met, each conversation with them makes my day! I have been receiving my meds and my son's supplements for about a year now and US Med Express is the best company I dealt with. The staff is SUPER friendly and attentive. All my needs are met and any changes I require are done instantly. To sum it up US Med Express is an excellent company to help with all your medical needs.
We ve been using this company for years to order our medical supplies. They make it so easy! We get an email reminder with a prepopulated order list and I just copy and paste it to my reply with additions or deletions for the month. If I fail to reply by the deadline, I get a nice phone call asking me for our order.
It always arrives on the date promised and if something is missing or late, there is a good reason why.
Our customer service rep (Joni) knows me and the kids by name and shows true compassion for our needs. She helps me think through situations and is so helpful in getting needed documentation from our physicians.

Such a great company to work with. If they can carry it, they supply it. We use them for all our son s tube feeding supplies. There have been times where I ve had to be specific on certain items and numbers of items. As long as the doctor wrote an order and our insurance approved, we would get the requested amount. Love working with Joni in customer service.

I personally work in a customer service environment and was extremely happy to have someone take their time in answering my questions.

Recently US Med Express had changed suppliers to a company that did not have the products that worked for my son. Shortly after I spoke with them about the problem, they brought back the products that had worked for us previously!! We ve always been happy with them and now they ve proven that they truly put their customers first.
Customer service is great at this company. They respond to your emails and phone calls and try to find products that meet your needs. Supplies are almost always on time, and if I am in a pinch, they find a way to ship me what I need until the main shipment arrives.
