My iron roof (insurance job) was replaced with Colourbond - colour of my choice - last month and I found the team very efficient and friendly and completed all that was in the contract. It did take several months from the time I was first contacted to job completion but I think with all this rain there has been lots of delays as not many sunny days to do the job. I am very happy with Urban Storm

Weston and his team came to investigate my roof after recent storms. The team were incredibly helpful and sent me a report on the current state of the roof. It is comforting to know not only that my roof is in good shape but who i can contact if that changes in the future. I would contact Urban Storm without question. Everyone I spoke to was polite, professional and happy to answer any questions.

The roof Restoration done by Urban Storm was completed in a very efficient manner and the workmanship is great. I requested a couple of extras and the workmen were happy to go that bit more to ensure I was happy with the repairs. At the completion the whole area was tided up and left clean and tidy. Thank you Urban Storm for all your efforts.

Just had my roof checked from outside and inside, very professional and helpful, I received a detailed report.

Dev had come to our door asking us could he take a look at our roof He inspection show us photos of roof damage and solar panel damage He told us he can get it all fixed through our insurance we got the insurance claim through thanks to hard work from Hayley it took a few months because insurance company didn t want to pay the claim amount. Well the team at urban storm came out to repair roof damage and solar panel. Very happy with the job Mitch had some minor issues with weather and me being fussy Mitch did a fantastic job with all the work he has on his plate They look after everything from start to finish well done team and all work is guaranteed. I highly recommend them. The whole process from the initial free quote, the way the lovely ladies at Assess Direct delt with my insurance provider on my behalf and now to the completion of works has been so easy and hassle free. Whenever I have had any question regarding the works covered by insurance to the extra work that i requested, both Matt and Dev have been more than happy to help me out. The contractors that do the works are good guys to deal with and I had no concerns about leaving them here to work while I was away.
