I highly recommend them. The whole process from the initial free quote, the way the lovely ladies at Assess Direct delt with my insurance provider on my behalf and now to the completion of works has been so easy and hassle free. Whenever I have had any question regarding the works covered by insurance to the extra work that i requested, both Matt and Dev have been more than happy to help me out. The contractors that do the works are good guys to deal with and I had no concerns about leaving them here to work while I was away.
