Hotel is clean and modern, also about 10~15 minutes walk to Duomo. Too bad it had some kind of road construction in front.

Doesn t worth it...mini bar, deposit box, toilet not working propped.. a dirty panty in the closet...breakfast bad..location and parking good

Good hotel and friendly personnel, close to the city center. Only had to mention 5 times a maintenance problem with the A/C before it got resolved, which could have been resolved quicker.

A ten minute walk to Duomo Cathedral and the hustling and bustling center. Staff are attentive and helpful. Cleaning maids are generous with the toiletries and did a good job cleaning the rooms for the four nights that we were there. Breakfast is decent with your typical eggs, croissants, cold cuts, fruits and yogurts. I m not a coffee drinker but my husband is and he said the coffee is horrible. Alll in all, it was a decent place.

This is one of the best hotels in Milan. The receptionists are very welcome, good room service, a well assorted bar and delicious delicacies from the restaurant. It's got the best hospitality ever.

Rooms are smaller the pic, can't mess adjust the AC and the views where nothing like the picture.... Work going on outside. It was okay for a short stay!

People very nice, The hotel very clean if you want a good view you must request a higher floor, the room was a good size have all necessary stuff, like shoes kit very good shampoo and conditioner line, slippers.
And good location, I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. High standard, excellent room cleaning. Silent night time. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had a few points of improvement potential, but there is a lot to choose from so it is quite ok.

Really a great location of the hotel (less than 10 minutes walk to the duomo) the hotel fully corresponds to its 4 stars. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms (we had 2 superior) were very good and clean. The breakfast was also good and sufficient to fill up for the day.

I'll talk about the amazing breakfast first, it was a big buffet from salty to sweet it had omelet cereal, pies, cheese, prosciutto, coffee, tea, juices and many more tasty and even gluten free snacks. Now the room was wonderful even without a view it was a really satisfying and comfortable room with modern amenities. Definitely recommend it!!!!

Not business ready. It's rare to find a hotel with a 4* rating without all the business essentials as standard. I didn't pack a travel iron, yet in the fashion capital if Europe there are no ironing boards in the room, to loan, and not even an overnight housekeeping service. But I did take gym kit, to find that their gym was in their partner hotel, three stops on the tube. Still, location is good and internet quality from Swisscom was best I've seen for months, albeit expensive.

Not being able to make an online reservation, which would have been more convenient, due to the need for hospitalization in a nursing home near the hotel, we went directly to the reception where Ms Ilaria welcomes us with whom we agreed the price of the room for two nights for about 140 euros per night. Once I got into the room, my wife continued to prepare for surgery that she would perform the next day. Towards late evening the reception lady calls us to inform us that the next day we would have paid 100 euros more, 248 euros !!! An unheard of impropriety since we could not now change location !! The following day, for health reasons, we decide to leave earlier than 8 p.m. instead of the following morning. Without remonstrance for having communicated the price increase of over 100 euros when it was too late, we ask to pay at least the price of the previous evening as we would not even have spent the night in the hotel. At the reception instead of Mrs. Ilaria there is a guy, a subject if you can define it, with an arrogant and cloying attitude that offers us the 5 euro discount on the tourist tax! At that point I decide to pay the full amount just to leave quickly ... Stay away from these incapable people who want to deceive you and who make verbal proposals that then they do not respect! Shame

ok, not really wow!one morning we had to wait 20 minutes before being able to sit down and have breakfast, staff was friendly but clearly understaffed at some peak moments..

Great hotel, rooms spacious and bathroom great. Breakfast with lots of options. It has no double bed, just join two single beds and there is a space between the beds which is uncomfortable.
