Great breakfast buffet but for the price paid I expect at least more room cleaning (dust everywhere) and an attached parking or otherwise included in the price (they have one paying a charge in the street behind the hotel: 20 for 24h).

The facilities are clean. Based on the current standards, there is a construction screen, which is a bit frustrating. At check-in, you should check if you have a bathroom for the disabled. The location is about 15 minutes walk from Milan (Duomo) square.

I was in this hotel for a training room, so I didn't visit the rooms. The classrooms are modern and the staff are friendly and efficient. Good and well served food offered in the restaurant.

The reception is good, the meeting rooms are functional and comfortable but absolutely to improve the conditioning and care / cleaning of the carpet (it smells stale)

4 star price, 0 star service!! Extremely rude front desk staff!

I am staying here for 3d2n.. This is my 2nd day.
I would say this is the worst hotel experience ever!

Housekeeper came right after I left room for breakfast.. (No clean up sign hoisted) On my return after BF, she was off course still cleaning up! I was then forced to go out and hang around in a cold rainy day!

So I went down to the lobby and asked the doorman to borrow an umbrella prior to outing, he gave me a really old one that doesn't even work.. I gave him back immediately and went straight back to my room to take my own.. So glad I bought it along!

Since I am leaving tomorrow, I went to the front desk to reserve airport taxi..
I asked this young lady how many hours in advance should I arrive the airport so I can have sufficient time to arrange check-in and tax refund?

An older lady at front desk stepped into our conversation and answered rudely "It is up to you, we cannot decide for you! We can only tell you check-In time is 2 hrs before departure. For tax refund, we cannot decide for you! We will reserve the car for you, but you have to decide pick up time."

I was pissed at her response, her tone and attitude was rude and disrespectful! I said to her "I am just asking for your recommendation, I am not going to blame you or anything !" She keeps saying " we can not decide for you blah blah blah" with her head shaking... Sounded and looked as if she wants to get into a fight!!

Reluctantly I said "Fine! Don't bother.. Pick me up at 8am".

BAD BAD BAD experience!! Will not come back for sure! Period!

Over all the hotel was nice and well located. One important issue guests travelling by car should be made aware of (and I was disappointed the hotel did not make the effort to provide me with this information) is that since the hotel is located within "Zone C", a fee of 5 euros should be paid either in advance or up to midnight of the next day. Otherwise, you will face heavy fine. So be aware!! and ask the hotel for the exact details.

We were there in the first week after the Corona reopening, which is why not all floors were open again. We booked the upgrade to the King Room directly on the hotel website instead of the Classic Room. However, the pictures did not correspond to reality. It was a very small room, no floor-to-ceiling windows and overall a bit old. We also had carpets even though wooden floors were advertised according to the illustration. When we asked, it was said that these were only sample images. We were offered another room, but it wasn't better either. Unfortunately, further options were not available because only the first two floors were open.

The breakfast was great and the service there was very friendly and attentive.

Nice, clean, very quiet with a beautiful view of the center and Duomo. The spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice little gift for children. The area is served by public transport and full of shops and restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk from Piazza Duomo.

Room have all required aminities of big hotel. Well decorated relatively modern. But the hotel in itself is not very charming or anything. The outside is next to large building road works.

Reception very funny. Although someone spoke German he said no ... and they. Colleagues laughed like little children.
I thought they were very funny.
Doesn't work something like that.
Toilet / bathroom very clean. Room was ok

We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. In itself, it's nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean.
Service is mixed, we are not completely satisfied.
Parking is well solved for 19 euros / 24 hours. You can drive out between what is no problem.

What bothered us is the breakfast - 2 mini rolls + jam - that you ask for money at all. If I had known, I would not have ordered breakfast. There are plenty of cafes nearby where you can eat.

It states that the review covers only the bar, as it allows the consumption to non-hotel guests, who have dedicated a good part of the area. Great the cap and brioches, some of which fi pastry, topped with chocolate, cream and excellent pistachio. Too bad the coffee is not as good as the cap and croissants ...

Four-star design hotels are usually always a bad idea, this was not the exception, knowing that it could only happen because a change of plans came up with the date of stay in Milan and we could not find a hotel.
For a 4 star it is too expensive, the design of the hotel aims to look like a luxurious 5 star, but under the surface everything is different.
The two most critical things are space and the internet.

Let's start with the internet, it is NOT free, it is supposed that the lobby is free and they say they guarantee 50 mb, the reality is that when I tested it it was worse than a telephone modem from the 80's. In the rooms? 9 euros for 24 for a smartphone or tablet connection, 12 for a computer, the interesting thing is that they explained it to me like this, after paying more I did an experiment and discovered that it was possible to pay cheaper for the computer week and connect two extra computers were computer or smartphone / tablet. Although it was cheaper to spend a little more than 60 euros to have internet service, I must say that if one uses skype, for example, the connection is lost within minutes since it is forced to reset the connection every time it reaches the 250 mb of really unfortunate upload service

In the 21st century having to pay for the internet and at that price is unrealistic.

The second problem is the space I was never in a room so big that nothing fits, the bathroom is huge but thanks to the "elegant design" there is the same space as a mousetrap, for example the bathroom sink is square and about 7 cm flat depth, the tap is opened and after 10 seconds the sink is overflowing with water, the furniture was made of hollow metal and small so you can not put practically anything; with the same huge wardrobe but with drawers so small that with 4 pairs of socks one of the two was filled, the other the same. The luxurious metal towel rail in the bathroom, we checked it well, not that it did not work, it was false, it was non-functional appearance.

In summary, a pretentious and not very functional hotel that should be 3 stars as a punishment, they charge as a 5 and provide services of 3.

The most pretentious the paintings on display that were worth between 3,000 and 4,000 euros and which was a shame of how poor they were, I would not have bought them even at 1% of their value and they ugly all the places where they were.

It is the most isolated hotel I saw, do not buy the idea that it is close to something, the only advantage was a careffour 2 blocks away, then everything was incredibly far and at night there was practically nothing in a radius of 4 blocks.

The prices of the food are astonishing and small portions on top if you ask the room they charge you 7 euros more, my wife could not believe that for the first time in my life I did not tip anyone in this hotel they did not deserve it

Good hotel but really not worth 4 stars. Breakfast no more than reasonable, rooms a bit on the small side. Staff not exactly friendly. Bathroom with nice walk-in shower, but several things were broken. Location also not ideal, but the highlights of Milan are within walking distance.

Great location. Rooms are modern and very clean. I don t like when two beds are pushed together to make a double though. Breakfast was plentiful but found the hot foods a bit bland. If you like to lay by the pool be prepared to get up super early to snag a sunbed as they all had towels on them when we got down for breakfast around 8am so we went down to the beach for 6 euro.

As the theater begins with a wardrobe, so the emotions from the hotel begin with a meeting at the reception. And in this hotel there is a GURU of philanthropy, helpfulness and helpfulness, - LUCIO! . He quickly designed our check-in, upgrading the room category, - (clean, comfortable, with all the necessary accessories) - for which special thanks to the hotel's cleaning service. , where is the parking lot for cars more than 2.10 m high, which is very difficult to find in Milan. I ordered a table at the seafood restaurant for the locals, on the same evening, which we couldn t fix up on our own, just like it was Friday night and !!! ! He advised a new Sicilian wine, which was excellent, from the wine list of the restaurant, which was within walking distance. The hotel has a great location, excellent breakfasts and pricing, but its main attraction is of course LUCIO, for which many thanks to him!

It is a front desk to the boy who can rely on a very luxurious hotel. The cleaning was also delivered soon.
It was a shame that I could not overlook Milan because my room was a low place. As it was this hotel of Milan from Florence, it was very comfortable.
Too comfortable to forget to be in Italy.
Milan is very convenient because supermarket is near, too.
But ... Italy is quite expensive than Japan, taking into account this hotel.

I remove 2 stars in this rating because of its location and breakfast(acceptable but definitively not a 4 stars hotel should provide.) I do enjoy its spacious room. I found it still too challenged to stay here as a traveler. It needs 10-15mins wall to the Duomo and 40mins to Centrale station by subway.

Good position only that ... Rooms small and with a good dose of dust, bathroom that after having taken a shower you have to collect water from the ground for lack of silicone in the shower box, and the taps full of limestone, for my judgment and a decent 2-star hotel.

Had to rebook because of a flight cancellation. The hotel has rebooked without any problems, free of charge! Although you didn't have to as it was a paid, guaranteed booking. We have already been there 3 times and are always satisfied. Great value for money for Milanese standards.

I had a very pleasant, though very short, stay at the Uptown Palace. The rooms were well appointed and spacious, and the staff were thoughtful and courteous. We had an early flight, and they made a special point to prepare a vegetarian breakfast for us in time for us to eat and leave for the airport. The airport is also very conveniently located, only 15-20 minutes from the Linate Airport. I hope to visit again soon!
