Uptown Palace - MGallery Collection is a simple but pretty Design Hotel with some extra touch of elegance. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the Missori underground station (Yellow Line), from the Piazza Duomo cathedral square and from Milan's most famous shopping streets. Its 158 sound-proofed rooms which beds have LinoVivo bed linen (the only 4-star hotel in Milan to offer this plus) and the latest generation of Simmons mattresses.

Our rooms, clean - well and elegant furnished ( around 220-250 per room & per night without breakfast) have cute views of the cathedral. Too bad the WiFi connection wasnt satisfying - as I've been to Italy for some times already, it wasnt a surprise anymore. Wish they would improve in the near future.

The staffs, thankfully, have a great conduct of english.

Clean and well equipped rooms although with something to improve (window that can be opened a little more than 10 centimeters, a socket for the mobile phone near the bed, a double with a single mattress instead of two singles, ...). The differentiated wifi, free and paid (I think 8 euros), depending on performance and use, in 2018 and in a 4-star hotel is not in my opinion more feasible. Lunch, tried on the occasion of a course, can be improved for some dishes.

Booked 2 nights in the hotel, absolutely enjoyed! Very kind, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast tastes very good and the location is also fantastic (10 minutes walk to the center). The best, however, are the hotel rooms: for a moderate price you get a wonderful suite with a dream bathroom! I can only recommend it!

Recently stayed at this hotel which was in a fantastic location about 10 mins walk to the Duomo. The hotel itself was clean and modern and the staff were exceptional . Couldn t do enough to help us. The rooms were a good size with an excellent shower . We would return here again for sure - thanks to all your superb staff !

Cleans room, excellent sevice, good wi-fi,.. only downside is lack of parking, you have to park about 400 meters away... other than that I have zero complaints.

Cute boutique hotel within walking distance of central Milan and the Duomo cathedral. Rooms are somewhat on the small side but bathrooms are large with double sinks. Breakfast somewaht disappointing, especially the quality of the coffee, whuch is definitely sub par for Italian standards (instant coffee). Common areas are nice, clean and tastefully decorated. Staff is attentive and courteous.

Beautiful business hotel in the S. Sofia area, just in front of university. Tried their bar and enjoyed a little break with a coffee served with delicious meringas. The hotel is modern and lounge is spacious.

Room and interior good. Bed or mattress perfect. Generous window to the floor makes the rather small space bearable. Bad excellent. Breakfast was moderate, of below average quality. At least one type of cheese or a good prosciutto should be there, the natural yoghurt inedible, the warm food (scrambled eggs, etc.) Lauwarm to cold. Even the sweet baked goods were much worse than any Italian breakfast bar. All together makes for me an almost inedible breakfast. Pity and unnecessary. Reception and hotel service in general very good.

The presidential suite (situated on the 12th floor) has an amazing view of the Duomo and the Alps.

Location was ok. Rooms were good and the bed quite comfortable. The own course is always better The breakfast was also okay. Unfortunately no rolls and no pancakes or waffles. The ham was delicious. The service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The service at the breakfast left to be desired.

Very nice stay the hotel matches the photos, the staff is friendly with a very good sense of service and as a bonus we were outclassed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed and breakfast was superb! I accidentally left my money, passport and valuables in the safety deposit box and they made all the arrangements to ship to me to my next location in Tuscany! Unbelievable -everything was returned!!

My Mom said it best "This hotel is like the hotels back in the olden times back when they used to take care of their guests". Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean, hot water, rain shower & the breakfast buffet was delicious. Surprisingly adorable gem. Enjoy your stay here.

Good hotel and had an excellent experience staying here. Courteous staff and quick checkin and check out. Clean and neat rooms with all the basic amenities.housekeeping is on point. Have to purchase premium WiFi not available with premium rooms. Free WiFi available but during high occupancy the speed is unstable. Good breakfast. Has parking options and close to a metro and bus station. There is carefour express market just around the corner. Many restaurants in the locality. Good rooms and spacious toilets. Would recommend for work related stay and couples on holidays.

The hotel is very well located, close to the center of Milan, you can walk to the Duomo and there are two metro stops very close to the hotel. The large rooms, clean, spacious and silent. Very attentive and friendly staff, both at reception and at the bar. To put a hit would be that the breakfast buffet I expected more varied and plentiful for the category of the hotel, still not bad and was enough to go well breakfast and without hunger.

Very good place where spend a night or a few days. Waiters and all the staff guaranteed an awesome time.

We spent close to $4,000 staying at this hotel for close to seven nights. But, when I politely asked for extra towels one night, they refused to give me extra towels! The price we paid included wifi but the wifi was extremely slow. When the wifi did work, I could not check my emails as they had place a restriction on their wifi and it would not allow me to check my emails. They have parking, but you have to walk 5 minutes in order to get to it and they charged us 19 euros per day for parking. To make things worse, the front staff were extremely rude. We will not stay there again.

Kindness, courtesy and professionalism are not lacking at the Uptown Palace. It is a hotel where nothing is missing, all needs are met. The value for money is excellent. The evaluation can only be excellent.

Hotel 4 stars very central and good value for money, especially if you take an offer. The rooms are not very spacious but sufficient, very nice. Even from some you can see the Duomo. Correct breakfast buffet, fruit, salty, dairy and sweet. The only thing I did not like was that they cleaned the placemats with a brush instead of changing them, and the crumbs that fell on the chairs will be removed with the same brush !!!

I had a nice suite with a wonderful view of the Duomo. The hotel was nice and the staff very helpful. But I have to deduct a star because the breakfast was not worthy of a 4 star hotel. The selection was small and the order was in need of improvement. Despite the breakfast a nice stay.
