Pretty small rooms, the perfect location in the historic center

Great hotel, great location. A welcome and quality service. A hotel that I highly recommend for a citytrip in Milan. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo.

The hotel was very nice and we were even given a complimentary upgrade on our room. Location was relatively good for what we wanted to do, with the metro stop being around the corner.

A good city hotel. We were able to check in at 10.30. Rooms are clean, the mattresses are very good. The best are the towels, big and very fluffy. The location is central. You can reach a lot on foot. We can only recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel situated between Porta Romana and the Duomo,which makes it a perfect location.

The hotel is 10 - 15 minutes from the Domo Square .. The parking in the Bocking is written at 19 euros per day but when we arrived the hotel said 22 Euros per day .. The rooms are narrowly grilled .. The room where I was was the bathroom where the grill needs maintenance The toilet is moving .. The faucet Al-Mawiya is an open mouth and a drunker needs to be alerted to him .. The bathtub is thrown away quickly .. Breakfast is very ordinary and limited to us Arabs ..

Fantastic ... just calling it a hotel would be an understatement. I felt pampered at 360 degrees not only for the splendid room but above all for the very attentive, kind, caring and also nice staff. From the reception to the staff on the floors and valets. Great breakfast. Congratulations.

I was able to organize a dinner at the restaurant and I must say that I received a high level and very professional treatment. The kitchen was excellent and the value for money even more. The location is also decidedly elegant and modern. The location allows you to easily reach the hotel by public transport.

Everything fine. Rooms are medium sized, large enough. Everything clean and in good condition. Breakfast is not the best, but for Italian standards above average.

Rude staff! Especially the ones working in the breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and elegant.

Worst service ever.
Had a booking for 1 night in the standard room, the booking included 2 free kids.
After the booking we wanted to make sure their adding 2 beds.
The hotel said, the room is to small and they cant add even 1 bed.
But they include 2 kids free in a room 2 kids have no place to sleep.
The hotel answer was to upgrade to suit or to sleep with infant and another child in 1 bed.

Might have been good.. had we been given a room. The reception was rude and had communication skills. We took our business to NH hotel.

Can't get more convenient as this hotel is right across from the main train station in Milan. Modern, luxurious rooms. Can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there.

The booked room was very beautiful, with a comfortable bed, comfortable temperature and quiet. The room rate includes breakfast, more choices, good production, and timely addition, although it does not seem important, but it really affects my evaluation of the hotel. There is no wifi in the room, there is a hall. You need to ask for more passwords because the passwords for each login change. I estimate that network charges can bring a lot of benefits, because many business people live in this hotel. But for the average traveler is a trouble, I will choose another place next time I come to Milan.

The hotel is located in Milan, close to Domo Square, approximately 10 minutes walking distance ... Nearby parking is available just behind the hotel, 3 walking distance to the foot ... they have a daily stay tax of 5 ... they offer discounted parking .. The rooms are small but well appointed and clean..the breakfast is limited but suitable

We had a great room with a view to the Duomo from the balcony. The staff were extremely helpful we had several requests for the front desk staff and they did a great job figuring everything out for us! We found it slightly ironic that they played country music at breakfast and dinner. The dinner deserves special mention we had an enjoyable, tasty and very nicely presented dinner in their restaurant.

I stayed for 2 days at a conference. It is about 400 meters from the metro. In this period there are works for a new line and therefore some discomfort. Good quality hotel and well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff and really helpful concierge service who immediately found me the room even if I arrived early. Breakfast not very varied but waiters ready to provide what was missing

Rooms were not as clean as I expected in such a hotel, especially the bathroom. The service was always friendly and accommodating, but slightly overstrained (especially at breakfast). The breakfast was ok for Italian standards, but there was room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Milan Cathedral, you can walk there, next to the tram that goes directly to the city centre. Hotel service is very good ~ the environment is super good, the room is very big ~ breakfast is very rich ~ dinner is also very good, the waiter hates nice ~ come back to Milan to live here ~

Pleasant and attentive staff at every sign
Good food well air-conditioned meeting rooms with hdmi. Of course in the room you work but being at least one without windows does not make you feel whether you are in summer or winter. Very convenient for those coming to Milan

And to think that this hotel used to house a German bank. Breathtaking view of the cathedral from the suites

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the Uptown Palace! First off, the service and staff was fantastic! Very friendly, outgoing, and did not ever stop smiling even if you had to ask them to do something. They were always pleased to help! For people that do not speak Italian, the majority of staff also spoke english, making it very easy to communicate.

The place itself is fantastic. Location is quiet good. Your about a 15-20 min walk to Piazza Duomo, and 10 min walk to the nearest metro. Pretty much located within the city center. The outside of the building doesnt look amazing, but once you step inside and into your room, you witness a very nice modernized living space. Room's are very clean, and very nice. Wifi works perfectly within the lobby for free; however, if you would like wifi in your room, you must pay for it by the day. Its not so bad, about 10 Euros.

All in all, had an amazing experience. Became friends with much of the staff, would stay at the Uptown Palace again in the near future!

I wasn't happy with this place at all. They charge an exit tax, pretty much, for your stay, even though it was already paid for in full ahead of time. 5 extra per person per night to be exact. You have to call the front desk anytime you want to change the temperature in the room. Shower was extremely small, too.

Loved my short stay there and they were able to set us early morning transportation.
