I took my son s problematic Xbox to Uptech service. At the services I visited before the only solution they offered was to throw it away. What happened at Uptech really surprised me, they took it and repaired in a very short period of time. Great service. My son is very happy and my nerves are calm and relaxed. Thank you UPTECH!!

Uptech has been helping us for over 20 years, we are very happy about their serivce.

I paid $99 for a diagnostic only to be told misinformation. Not only did they misinform me about my computer, they didn't return my computer in the condition I left it with them. I was told I needed a new computer, and when I went and got a second opinion, my computer was fine and is back working again. Thanks Uptech for the misdiagnosis and very poor service

I called and asked for help on the phone and these guys were really short and rude with me. I just asked a simple computer question and they couldn't answer it. The guy just kept saying "we can't do this, we can't do this" over and over even when I wasn't asking for something. Really weird business practice if you ask me. Got no help whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend this store to anybody.

Took my laptop in for the "shift keys" not working. Hadn't even got back to work when they called and said it was working. They blew the keyboard out and said I could pick it up "no charge"! I'll definitely take any computer problems to them!!

Walked in unannounced with my slow computer. I needed expedited service due to my business and the got me in immediately.

I wouldn't recommend. I took my laptop in to get my screen replaced and it took them over two weeks because they ordered the wrong part, and then didn't bother to alert me that it would take longer than usual. So, one strike for lack of efficiency and another strike for communication problems. I got my computer back and not three days later, I set it down (SET IT DOWN. DID NOT DROP IT OR THROW IT) and upon opening my laptop, the screen was broken. Again. Strike three for simply bad repairs.

I took it back for a refund and they gave me my money back, which was redeeming. But for now I'm out of a laptop.

Ted has been our IT guy for 20 years. He is great and professional. If you need it fixed call him.

Fixed my iPhone SE battery same day very quickly and at a reasonable price. I have not had any problems since.

I gave them my baby aka my laptop after having a horrible ordeal on an airline that broke my screen. The people were courteous and helpful. They gave me a day that it would be ready and it was. The price was reasonable. I love this place!

I used to live in Memphis TN I now reside in Dallas TX these guys are so good I shipped my ALL IN ONE back to Memphis for them to fix, my hard drive went out and I knew who to call! These guys are the BESTEST!!! I trust them sooooo MUCH and they have never let ME DOWN!!! Keep up the good work!!

I was referred by a friend of mine to this place . Aaaaaaaand this place is awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They repaired my laptop really fast . I hope o don t run into any other issues with my laptop , but if I do , they will definitely get my busines .

I brought in a broken laptop, and they fixed it for a reasonable price. It only took a few days.

I brought in my iPhone 6s in order to repair my screen. They did a great job replacing the screen and even went the extra mile to repair the camera as well. I highly recommend them for any device or computer repairs. If you live in East Memphis, this is the place to go.

Charged a lot just to try and turn power on, when not able to power on, claimed they couldn't figure it out.

Can in for a pair of ram card's was told a different price over the phone then they really where then I looked the product up online in front of them found out they where chargeing 3 times the price of Amazon so if your ready to pay 3 times as much this is the place to go.

I received very professional AND friendly service here. The person also helped me figure out exactly what gfx card I could purchase to avoid any compatibility issues, as well as assisting me in upgrading my memory. I felt that the price they charged was very reasonable (especially for same day service!) and I also paid a little extra due to how well the job was done.

I got a SIM card stuck in my iphone due to operator stupidity but the guys at Uptech had it out and working within 10 minutes. If I EVER have any other technological problem I will head straight to Uptech.

Whoa! Just called to see if they'd help with a Samsung tablet issue. Without asking what the issue was, I was told, "Sorry we don't work on Samsung." I asked if she could recommend anyone, to which she curtly said, "I don't. Bye." and hung up w/o any cordiality. Not at all warm and fuzzy or interested in helping me find a solution. Hey, if you can't service a customer, either have a suggestion on where to turn or show some concern so next time they have an issue w/ a computer, they'd be more likely to call back... I'm not so inclined now! :-(

Uptech got a screen repair done in a day and a half and for a better price than anywhere else I called - 5/5

used a drill and screw extractor to remove the screws that i had wrecked trying to get out from my laptop, for just $29. gave me new screws to replace the ones i had lost for free. friendly service and covid-safe atmosphere.

Mr Ted the terrific and the wonderful Magnificent Jordan" are the best in the business.
