I've used Uptech many times over the years and they are fast, competent, and reasonable!

My printer was fixed ,with very short time very good. I had went other store it took sometime weeks just to tell you it will take two more days.This is the reason I been coming to Uptech computer . I am very happy about their service.

I was visiting town when catastrophe struck my iphone. Water damage and an errant piece of rice that got stuck while trying to "dry" the phone out. They were able to repair everything in just a few hours. Wonderful service, very friendly. Thank you!!!

Brought my computer in for repair and was helped right away. Replaced my screen and check my computer out. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable

Had my 1st PC built here. My 3 front rgb fans were not plugged in correctly. My Cooler Master closed loop cooler wasn't installed properly. In other situations they were very helpful. It's better to come in person to ask questions. Questions over the phone may bother them. I like its location. The techs need to be a bit more detailed when PC building.

They fixed my screen at the cheapest price and was very fast. Definitely will be using them again and recommend 100 %!!

Good service. The screen on my laptop was repaired by a week with lower fees than other tech shops. Called me to notify me on the repairs, the price, and the pickup date.

My iPhone6 screen was not working, they fixed it in 30 min.

There is not an option for less than 1 star or I would have chosen negative 5! I brought my phone in with a cracked screen but otherwise working normally. They returned it with the screen no longer functioning and told me the pins must be damaged. I took it to another shop and they checked it out and told me that the capacitor for the backlight was burnt and that if the phone had been working when I dropped it at uptech then they had shorted out the capacitor. I then went back to uptech expecting them to provive some sort of solutions or at least some sort of compensation for damage to the phone. They refused saying that the other shop could not know for sure and that it was most likely still the pins. To be fair I returned to the other shop and asked how they knew it was the capacitor? They told me they had first inspected the pins with a microscope and finding no damage checked the capacitor which has been shorted out and is no longer working.I returned to uptech and gave them one more opportunity to do the right thing but they refused! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY WILL NOT ADMIT THIER MISTAKES NOR WILL THEY MAKE THEM RIGHT!!!!

I have been here a couple of times and I ve been pleased with the results. The first time was a laptop issue and the second time was a desktop issue. Jordan and the team did a good job of getting my computer fixed within a few days and they gave me the full explanation of what was wrong with my computer. The $30 diagnostic fee is not bad either. Go in and check them out and you will not be disappointed.

Took I phone 6S for a new screen. Picked it up and paid went straight to Verizon and put a new screen protector on the phone. Then I realized the phone was not working. Took it back to Uptech and left the phone with him a few hours and he had to put a new screen on my phone and when I told him that I had just bought a new protector he did not even say sorry. He should of tested the phone before giving it to me. I will not go in that store again. No great deal either paid the going rate.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THEM!! I was referred to Uptech by a geek squad tech at Best Buy. I figured if Best Buy recommended them then they should be ok, right? Wrong. I initially took my laptop in because my charging port was broken. They did fix my charging port, but when I took it back home I noticed my battery was no longer charging. When I took it back I tried to show him the bars were trying to charge at the bottom of my screen, but then it would just stop. He then tells me my battery was no longer working. There was nothing wrong with my battery. It wasn't doing that before I took it to them. It was charging fine, now it's not charging at all. The "only" issue I had when I took it to them was the charging port needed to be replaced. Now the only way my computer will work is if it's plugged in. I paid them $141 for RUDE service and to hear them try and tell me that it must have been like that before I brought it to them and I should be glad that it's working at all because they fixed the charging port. I KNOW it was not like that before I took it to them. I had no other problems with my computer before they got it. They are the problem and they refuse to own up to or acknowledge their mistakes. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

My computer was working very slowly and they did a diagnostic on it and found many viruses. The viruses were removed they reinstalled my programs. They helped me with a newer version of one of my programs.

They are really great at what they do. My computer issue was solved very quickly. Thanks staff.

Uptech is still THE BEST place to go for PC repair.

Have used Uptech for several varying computer issues and have always found them helpful. At each experience they were willing to discuss the issues and help me understand and provide multiple options to fit my needs. They went above and beyond.

Asked to be quoted on a laptop repaste, their tech proceeds to tell me I don't need it and try to charge me a diagnostic fee, and when I insisted I knew what I needed done they refused.

My visits with UpTech has alway been a pleasurable experience! I love their greetings upon entering and how professional and attentive they are in listening and communicating how to resolve my need with my PC. I, especially, like the way they explain their system of receiving money and then, telling you, after, I pay for diagnostic services I will receive a call about the findings, if, I accept it, they will add the cost to my bill with subtracting the diagnostic fees, which are included for the final price! Simply Wonderful and Very Professional doing an excellent job on my PC!

I'm a really easily pleased customer, but Uptech acted dishonestly with me and I think that prospective customers have a right to know. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I called about the issue I had with my computer and asked what the price would be for a couple of different possibilities (like replacing the hard drive, etc.) I then asked what the price would be if I ended up just wanting them to copy the files on my hard drive (in the case that the hard drive needs to be replaced and I'm not ready to spend that much money). The woman on the phone told me $79.99. Under that impression I went in and put myself on the line for the $30 diagnostic. However, when they called, they informed me that copying the files on the hard drive would actually cost $150.

I was unwilling to pay that much and felt that I shouldn't have to pay the diagnostic fee because I only put myself on the line for it because I thought that--worst case scenario--I'd only have to pay $80 for them to copy the files on my hard drive.

The person I spoke with--who appeared to be the manager or owner--told me that what the woman said was a miscommunication and I'd still need to pay for the diagnostic. I told him that in my experience, when a company makes a mistake they take responsibility for it--instead of making a customer pay for their mistake. He didn't care.

They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. To me that shows a lack of integrity and willingness to understand where a customer is coming from.

Two other companies (STS Repair and KC Computer Repair) performed the service for way less than half of the price that Uptech was asking--$65 at STS and $60 at KC Computer Repair. If I had been quoted the correct price at Uptech for their services, I never would have brought my PC in and I never would have paid that $30 diagnostic--for which I received nothing.

I came this morning and tech installed microsoft office for me as I waited. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I am very pleased with the service rendered. Good experience at prior visit's as well.

Well, I took my laptop to Uptech Computer because I saw all the 5 star reviews. I haven't used the laptop in over a year so of course I couldn't remember the password for it. Uptech stated that the program that they used could Not bypass the password. I was livid because I'm like you all only have ONE program??. If my screen was up and I could see it I would be able to crack the code! Geesh! Anyway, my refund is processing through my bankcard for the Non Diagnostic that wasn't performed. I'm going to get me a Brand New Computer because I'm sure what I was gonna pay Uptech I could just get another one. I want be returning. Thanks for Nothing
