I have been trying to talk to them for 2 days about room configuration for my daughter. They screwed up and put the wrong default room in the system. Finally figured it out less than a week before the students are supposed to arrive. Made us chase down my daughter's roommate to get them to file another room configuration request. After all of this, I was told that their room might not be set up correctly when they arrive early next week. On top of that, the guy supposedly in charge hung up on me today when I questioned it. I have called twice in the past days and have been treated like garbage both times. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

Literally every interaction with them has been painful. They don't seem to have any concern with your convenience, and seem to think they can do anything they want. They've charged incorrectly for multiple things, and every time I try to fix it everyone just refers me to someone else, and it takes forever to get to the bottom of things. They overcharge for everything. RPS is the worst department of IU.

I have lived in the dorms for two years now. RPS has always helped me with any problems I had in my dorm over the phone or sent someone to help. Any problem I reported was dealt with almost immediately, and the professionals they send have always been kind to me and fixed everything. The RPS dining hours could be better, but honestly they're fine.

Big Thumbs Down! The RPS Service here is not organized and my wallet payed the price. $600 to be exact, I paid because they didn't put me in the right contract for my situation. I would normally say try to live off campus, but instead FIND A DIFFERENT SCHOOL than IU Bloomington. They don't put the student first they serve themselves.

I really hate writing this , but am just so annoyed with my son's living situation. He is in Wright Quadrangle , it is the WORST. The room is so antiquated small, and dirty. How can u stay organized with no room for anything. ..the desk he has to use is broken, dirty and the chair so stained who know where it has been. The whole thing should be thrown away. One toilet working for 20 boys, and school has been in session 8 weeks It is an old building so the outlets in the room and far and few, which causes an extension cords for everything. I can't believe the money they are charging to live here. They need to invest some money in their housing It is depressing just walking in here....I didn't expect the Taj Mahal, but I have been in nicer homeless shelters.
