This is the worst hospital ever! If one of your loved ones needs to be in a hospital make sure it is anywhere but here! The only thing they have time for are their computers! They leave patients, who can not take care of themselves, alone for 5+ hours not even taking vitals. They do not respond to the call buttons for over 30+ minutes and then tell you they were busy. The doctors won't call you and tell you what is going on. After leaving 3 messages with the hospital for the doctors to call, we finally started calling the doctors offices.
This hospital is a horrible place. Do not go there and make sure you don't let your loved ones go there.

I went in for a simple procedure that only took 10-15 minutes. I got there at 12 and my procedure was at 1, no big deal with that, they need prep time. I had to get an IV, it took 2 nurses and the IV team to get an IV in me and it took them 6 tries to get it right. At that point it was 35 minutes after my appointment so I had to sit there even longer until the doctor was ready for me. I was very upset and frustrated that they had to try that many times to get it right. 4th floor GI.

I had a major operation on July 27th and I must say I had the best experience I think anyone could expect. Everyone involved in my care for my 5 day stay were amazing. Super helpful and kind. I couldn't ask for better people to place my care with. I would recommend all UPMC hospitals to anyone. Thanks so much for the fabulous care.

Passavant hospital was the best hospital to ever find yourself in. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the food service people, the volunteers, the nursing assistants, the great nurses, ohhh and of course the rehabilitation unit on 5 excellent. If I could give them 10 stars or more they would get them. I was in for a couple of days to have a TLKR. Thank you again. I hope you enjoyed all the Pizzas I sent to the 5 floor after my release. Love you all and thank you agait.

This is supposed to be a hospital. I seriously had to change my toddler, on my coat, ON A BATHROOM FLOOR. I'm beyond livid. Someone had better contact me about this.

Beyond that, the staff in Dr. Stephen Connor's podiatrist office are wonderful. Dr. Connor was patient with my toddler and took care of his little toes.

I have been here twice for bloodwork. Every single person who worksthere that I come in contact with is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. It's so nice that I felt heard and cared for and greeted Thank you for all you do with a smile on your face. Its so appreciated!

The group of nurses that I had at Passavant were AMAZING! They work so hard taking care of the patients. From Greg in the emergancy room, to Jess and company in the surgical office, the food service workers, cleaning crew, and especially the 5th floor team of Celine, Courtney, Ginny, Chaz and Caroline, they made my visit as pleasant as possible. They were efficient in their duties, friendly and understanding. They showed empathy every step of the process. I was also happy with the doctors. They overcame complications and limited the damage. The hospital was clean and sanitary. The food was prepared well and the temperatures were fine. Overall I had a great experience for what I had to go through.

On March 1st I had to go to the emergency room cuz I was having trouble breathing and problems. The people that are waited on me in the emergency room where excellent. Then I had to go up to my room at 6745 we had Louise and Amanda we had Ashley Nicole and Susanna they're all very good people watching over me helping me while I was at passavant recovering. Thank you for everything may God bless you.

Had an ambulance take my mother in law in for BP at 234/106 got an a**for a doc. Even though my mother in law has dementia he would only talk with her. We still left with blood pressure that was high. All her BP'S that were taken were never the same. But he said she was stable. Great place to take your family if you want to kill them. And very little compassion for a new widow who lost her husband of 50 years.

Was diagnosed last February with esophageal cancer. Stage 3. I am alive and cancer free today because of the wonderful doctors and nurses at upmc passavant mccandless

Had surgery here yesterday and have been very happy with the care I received. Even though I live 2.5 hours away from Passavant and have a UPMC hospital in my city, I chose this site based upon the surgeon. Clean, modern hospital with great staff. Wonderful experience overall. Would definitely travel there again.

I've had two cancer surgeries at Passavant in the past 2 1/2 years. I received excellent care and had wonderful doctors and nurses. My ongoing treatment in the Cancer Center has always been with compassion and care.

The hospital is great. Been treated exceptionally multiple times. But this is about Dr Scheri. If I could post a 0 star I would. Dr. Scheri had treated me when I had pancreatitis. As my lipase numbers were crawling by the hour he cut off my pain meds. When someone goes to a hospital with pancreatitis its to control their pain. When you stop controlling that pain, why is that person there? The reason for this is Dr Scheri thought my pulse was too low but as a doctor you would think he would check what other medications I am on. Now if Dr. Scheri had done this he would realize that I'm on metoprolol and you know what that does? Slows the heart rate. If he looked a little harder in my patient history he would see I have always had a history of low pulse. He has not talked to me face to face once. If you come here ask for any doctor but doctor Scheri.

My room was placed right next to the nurses station. Night turn treated it like rave unminsted of like nurses station. They were loud as f*** and wouldn't allow me shut my door. Leaving AMA first thing in the morning! Icu should not be like this!

I recently had abdominal surgery with Dr. Levy and had a 2 night stay in Passavant. I cannot say enough good things about the care that I received at every step of the way. The unit nurses in particular were spectacular. Kind, caring, and helpful. Mark, Olivia, Jo, and Sareena were just terrific. And Dr. Levy and his team are truly the best in the business. I recommend them without hesitation.

My wife went for an annual health checkup(100% covered by the insurance provider) and UPMC has charged 1888$ just for the bloodwork and my insurance provider has asked us to pay 528$(deductible and co-insurance). Insurance provider said UPMC has categorized under diagnostic care. We called up UPMC multiple times to know the reason why it was billed under diagnostic and we were just put on hold without giving a reason. I went for an annual checkup in Genesis medical associates last year and they charged only 70$ for the blood work which was completely covered by the insurance provider.

ER staff was nowhere to be found when I took my wife in. Waiting room had 3 people in it, so not like it was busy. After 25 minutes they took her back. I waited with our kids for an.hour. No one at desk for 48 minutes, so I called ER and the phone rang for 3 minutes before someone picked up and acted totally annoyed that I needed an update in order to know what I should do with our 4 children who are here with me at 1148 pm. Not impressed. Shouldve gone to upmc mercy

I do not typically post about my hospital experiences, but I knew I had to share it this time. This morning my mother was not well and we ended up visiting the ER at Passavant. I must say that our nurse was very attentive to us and made sure my mother was comfortable during her time there. She was treated with 3 warm blankets and was very happy. My mother also went for a CAT scan with a young man named Austin. My mother would not stop talking about how nice and caring he was. She said she was worried about the CAT scan because she didn t know what to expect. Unfortunately she had a minor panic attack, but the young man was able to calm her and explain the scan to her which and kept her occupied for it. When the young man brought her back to our room, he greeted all of us with a big smile and made sure my mother was comfortable before departing. I know not many people post about positive experiences at hospitals, but I have to say that Passavant is one of the best. The nurses, doctors, and CAT scan staff are simply wonderful. 10 out of 10.

I have never been more compelled to write a review in my life. Last week my mom was admitted for a scheduled Ablation surgery. From the time she was registered by the admission staff to the moment she was released to us from the curbside, my mom and my entire family were treated... like family. Dr. Sandeep Jain and the entire Cardiac team (Whitney, Maria, Amanda, Lauren, I can not remember them all, but they were ALL incredibly amazing.) Their knowledge, team work, communication, care and passion were so obvious and refreshing. I work at UCLA Health, and we pride ourselves on the patient experience (CI-CARE). It was fantastic and refreshing to know that my mom is able to receive that level of care in Pennsylvania. THANK YOU UPMC Passavant Cardiac Team (Including the Cardiac ICU team) for taking such great care of my momma and for making us all feel at ease with the level of care she was receiving at all times. XOXOXO

I used to go to Passavant Hospital as a child... a lot! Boy have they changed for the better.

I went in to my local hospital for stomach pain and bruising. Turns out I had an internal bleed. The drs sent me immediately to Passavant by ambulance. Thank God too. I got there and I was almost dead. My blood pressure was 58/36. But I was alive and they were able to give me units of blood.

The nurses could not have been nicer or more helpful! The drs were fantastic and in top of it the whole time. I could not have made it without the nurses though.

The facility is clean and the staff all over the hospital was phenomenal! I highly recommend this hospital for surgery or emergency or even just for the drs.

I live 1 hour and a half away, but will come back if I've got to go to the hospital for sure!

UPMC-Passavant treated me well; especially the wonderful team on the 5th floor. The care and follow up from all the different doctors treating me made my stay less stressful, and answered my million questions. When I was admitted, there was a small card in my room stating "Your room was professionally cleaned by..." This was from the cleaning people (Annie) (Environmental Services). Everyday someone was cleaning my room with a smile, good attitude and professional. Today, they brought me flowers!

I know this is a small thing, but it made me smile.
I would have given 5 stars, but was in the ER over 6 hours,, before being admitted. Dr Shapiro was great, but one nurse was rude, disinterested and continually on her cell phone.

Arrived at ER via ambulance after having 7 seizures. I never had a seizure in my life so I of course I was concerned and still a little out of it. I spoke to the dr for a total of 3-5 minutes and he didn t seem to care. CT scan staff were great. Nurses in ER thought it was funny that they didn t have enough adult size blood pressure cuffs and dr chuckled as well. After less than 2 hours, they sent me home with a 209 blood pressure saying that it was bc the cuffs were wrong size and I was nervous. The dr could not be bothered at all. So I went home and had 2 more seizures. Worst ER ever!

I am very displeased !! My mother in law was in there for breathing problems and blockage going towards her heart and they let her lay in her own urine for 3 hours ! She kept ringing for them and no one came to clean her up after she kept telling them what she needed ! She asked for a sponge bath and they barely cleaned her up ! She came home today still not clean and very sore and raw I am shaking my head in disbelief! Even butler does a better job and that's not saying much !

Not happy about grandma s recent treatment. My grandma had heart surgery and suffered a stroke in the hospital. They didn t make sure she was eating and she was starved. She was not NPO at the time. The nurse in charge of my grandma s care did not administer her meds on time and was clueless. They also hid the call bell from my grandma. Someone has turned off the alarm in her room for when the call bell was removed because it would have gone off when pulled from the wall. My mother brought this issue to light with the nursing director. Instead of fixing the problem, the nursing director got defensive over my grandma s nurse and discharged my grandma early to avoid the problem. This was very upsetting and inexcusable.

I've been here 3 times for a variety of problems (concussion, abdominal pain, knee injury) and the place is always impeccably clean, almost no wait time and the aides/nurses/doctors are usually all smiling and ready to help. This is the best hospital in the area in my opinion. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is attentive and they get me in and out.

I have always told my friends and loved ones, that if something happens to me- to make sure I come to THIS hospital! They are the absolute best! They are kind, compassionate, clean, quick and caring! They get you in and out, but do not skip on the bed side manor! They are my top choice for a hospital, even tho it's completely out of my way!

I was recently a patient at UPMC Passavant due to an unfortunate complication of a known abdominal condition. I needed two emergency surgeries. Over 15 days I had exposure to many different departments in the hospital. Everyone was truly fantastic, patient centered, and focused on helping me get better. The nurses on 6 South Pavilion were wonderful. My only complaint, if I can call it that, is that I only had one change of shift report in my room. I would have liked to have more. As a retired physician myself, the care here was as good or better than what I would have received in an academic medical center.

My family and I were extremely please with the care that my mom received, after breaking her hip and requiring surgery! Kudos to the attentive and supportive nurses and other staff members. The surgical team did their best to fit her in for surgery and seem to have done an excellent job.The social worker provided a seamless transfer to rehab.

Everyone there seems to be miserable. Completely hating their lives. No compassion for the people they care for. They ll talk down to you, mean to you, make faces. Not show up even when a bed alarm is going off, yet the nurse is standing outside on her phone. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Going to the news soon for how mean the employees actually are.

Nurse went to drawl blood and obviously did not know what she was doing. I had blood all over the surgical gown. she did not tell me, a different nurse did. if you can't do blood draw find someone who can. Going on day 4 and still have a nice big bruise. Also the guy nurse I saw was very cocky. I normally have a decent experience here.

My mother had 2 separate stays at UPMC Passavant McCandless. The MICU/SICU was outstanding in the care they provided, especially nurses Michelle and Angie. Along with providing her with excellent care, they made sure I was okay, as well. They kept me informed and always made time for my questions and concerns. Mom also spent time on 4 south and 5 south and they too were excellent in their care. I sing the praises of Passavant to anyone who asks. It was pure chance that my mom was sent there and I am so glad that's how it worked out!

In April I spent a week here after having a lobectomy ~~ I can honestly say I was treated with respect and feel that I was given excellent care by all doctors, nurses, aides, therapist and would highly recommend UPMC Passavant Hospital ~~ Dr Ryan Levy, Dr Michael Baker

I am very dissatisfied with how UPMC Passavant han...

I am very dissatisfied with how UPMC Passavant handled a complaint I made about my mother s care in late 2019. During her stay, my mother experienced a catastrophic bout of delirium, culminating in her death after nine days. I believe UPMC lacks adequate safeguards to protect patients from severe delirium.

In recent years, my mother was frail, but had a strong mind and lived independently. At the time of her admission, she did not believe herself to be seriously ill. My mother swiftly declined in the hospital. Within days, she progressed from mild confusion to delirium so severe she lost the ability to speak or swallow, recoiled at the least physical contact and was only intermittently aware or her surroundings. Repeated scans indicated she had not suffered a stroke.

During my mother s final days, I was shocked by UPMC staff s complacent attitude toward her worsening delirium, which they treated like a commonplace event. It happens all the time, a pulmonary specialist told me.

My mother s medical records reveal doctors suspected that anesthesia from an upper endoscopy may have accelerated her delirium. My mother consented to the EGD while lucid and alert. But did the staff fully explain all the associated risks to her?

I wrote to Patient Relations with my concerns and was informed the hospital would carry out an administrative review of my mother s care.

The letter I received from Patient Relations, documenting the review, was shocking. It provided no answers to what happened to my mother. The letter was a generic response to a complaint with empty phrases (i.e. we do regret that your experience was unsatisfactory ) and misstated facts about my mother s stay. It was clear that no one at UPMC had attentively read my three-page letter.

Patient Relations fobbed me off with the pretense of listening to my concerns. I will never have an explanation for what happened to my mother at UPMC Passavant.

My wife was recently treated at UPMC Passavant. The care she received was nothing less than awesome. I offer my most sincere and humble thanks to all of the medical professionals that took care of her during her surgery and 5-day stay on the 6th floor. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and did everything possible to make her comfortable. I usually don't give reviews like this however, it is well deserved. Thanks so much to everyone! You are a credit to your profession.

Worst hospital experience I ve ever had. Hope to NEVER return. This hospital misinterprets, either out of ignorance or on purpose Hipaa laws, I believe to manipulate patients who are compromised into making decisions they normally wouldn t make.

Well left feedback as requested. Still haven t heard from hospital. Guess I ll send a letter.

In the past I had good experiences there for myself and my family last night was really disgusting. My wife had a mini stroke and received great care from the staff at UPMC Cranberry then was transferred by ambulance to UPMC Passavant in Mccandless/ North Hills. She arrived to a room that smelled and had a bedpan full of diarrhea in the bathroom. Note she had no roommate. The other bed was empty. There was dirty linen on the floor and the patient the empty bed next to her still had it's food tray ( it was 8pm ) on the table from dinner. The room was so filthy she signed herself out against doctors advice. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible patient care was there over an HR without ever getting to triage in er. Ended up leaving even though my Dr told me to go to hospital due to complications from a procedure. Hospital er waiting room seemed to be more of a social gathering than anything.

I received great care from the nursing staff and the doctors UNTIL I was being wheeled out of the hospital and I slipped getting out of the wheelchair, slid under the car and broke my foot. I never received any sort of apology from the hospital nor did they ever call to check on me or offer to reimbursement for my co-pays at the orthopedist's office.

My father has surgery there today. Pre- Op, surgery, and the PACU units were great. Treated my father very well. The surgical inpatient unit on the other hand has thus far been terrible. 2 minutes after arriving to unit he was given a tray of food in which was a full diet. After eating a little bit he began vomiting, nurse who was in room didn t even move. I had to give him the lid to his food tray to vomit in. Not more then 10 minutes later she gave him oral pain medicine knowing he was nauseated, immediate vomited that as well. She called doctor for nausea medicine that he already had in his chart that she missed. After settling him I drove 1.5 hours home and later that night I get a call. He is hyperventilating, he rang 4 times for a nurse and told two other staff he needed to talk to a nurse. His pain was out of control. 50 mins later she comes in telling him she has other patients and is rude to him. Mind you he had a major cervical spine surgery. At this point he had not been medicated or checked for pain control since being in post-op. As a nurse I understand being short staffed and behind. However, it is unacceptable to be rude to a patient or allow a patient to be in so much pain they hyperventilate when they haven t had medicine or checked on once . If this was their family member they wouldn t be happy either. Alone, in pain, and scared hours after major surgery. It would of been as simple as asking another RN to check on him if she couldn t handle her workload.

The charge nurse in the ER has a serious attitude problem she was rude disrespectful and just down right nasty. The waiting room was disgusting and the staff was not enforcing the wearing of masks, there were several people no wearing them. And as a side note i am sure the reason the staff was rude was because I have VA insurance and they were mad about doing extra paperwork. The fact that I am a veteran should not be a reason to receive substandard care. UPMC treats veterans poorly.

In the past 3 months I've had major colorectal surgery plus 3 additional hospital stays. Each time I got the best care I've ever had In a hospital. Everyone on the staff treated me with kindness, patience and made me feel genuinely cared for. I couldn't have asked for better care from all the nurses, doctors, and other staff. Thank you for making a very difficult time a little easier for me to get thru. A special thank you to the nurses on the surgical floor. :)

Passavant, if I could give you a 10 star, I would!!
I went into the ER for something, and ended up staying for 24 hours to do some testing .... every single person that I had contact with were awesome!!! They were all simply over the top with patient service and were quite thorough as well. I believe I had contact with approximately 40-45 different people in all the different positions and shifts, and every last one was wonderful!! Good job, Passavant! But it's good to be home!! :))

Great, compassionate care. No question too small to ask. I love that all the nurses knew what my condition was about and had experience in handling all my issue . One of the nurses helped me name my stoma! Thanks Alicia!!!!

I want to express my immense gratitude to all UPMC...

I want to express my immense gratitude to all UPMC workers from the first security at the gate to the most important leaders of the clinic! Because without the clear work of each in his place, there would be no such result. Due to my age and state of health, I repeatedly had to seek help from your clinic in planned and emergent situations. In both situations, the impression is immediately created that each patient is very close and dear to each employee of the clinic. Everyone is ready to help the patient to the maximum. They work well and smoothly. Not a minute delay or late. People for your employees are not divided into the necessary and not so, into the young and the elderly, neither by race, nor by nationality, nor by citizenship. In such a situation, the patient immediately feels in good hands and this creates a good basis for further recovery.
Of course, we are all mortal and live as long as God has measured for us. But, if God wants to save our lives, He does it with your hands and the hands of your colleagues!
I am immensely grateful to my Doctor-Cardiologist J Krakov and his team! I can t name everyone, but using this team as an example, I can judge the work of all employees of the clinic: middle and junior personnel, laboratory employees, etc. Not a single rude word! Not a shadow of indifference!
Doctor Krakow is a Doctor from God! He has a peculiar aura, the patient feels that this person is very willing to help. And he does not just wish, but actively wishes! And He helps!
Many thanks to him and his colleagues, and a deep bow!
I am sure a great future awaits him, and his work will be highly appreciated!
When God wants to help people, He sends UPMC on their way!
When God wanted to help me, He sent Doctor Krakow along my path!
Thank you everybody! Merry Christmas!

Excellent service starting from the initial appointment with Dr. El Kadi and all of his staff at his office. Felt well informed, given good instructions and directions. Pleasant pre-op and recovery staff. Comfortable room just for me. Hospital staff that were very attentive and responded quickly to anything I needed. Made my experience so much better!! Special thanks to Missy and Regis, your kindness was appreciated.

I was in Passavent hospital for back surgery. I cant say enough about the nurses and staff I met at the hospital. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My experience while in Passavent was fantastic.
I was on the 5th floor. Every nurse was kind and friendly. Each nurse took their time making sure I was comfortable and took care of any needs I had. All was helpful in starting my recovery.
I am so happy I had Dr. El-Kadi at Passavent hospital do my surgery. It was the best hospital experience I ever had.
I highly recommend this surgeon and hospital.

Absolutely the worst pain clinic I've ever been to...

Absolutely the worst pain clinic I've ever been to. I've been a patient of Dr. Heres for over a yr he put me on pain medication that obviously my body has become physically dependent on and of course allows me to function pain wise. He has always been the worst pain doctor I've had he comes in the room and doesn't even know what part of my body is affected. I lost my insurance and they refuse to see me. I called asking if the doctor could at least call in a month of medication while I am actively working to get my insurance back.... they absolutely refused even after speaking to the director of the hospital to work with me in any way. It is inhumane and just plain cruel to treat a patient for that amount of time and then just drop them because they can't take time to call in a prescription... if this doctor didn't put multiple refills on my medication I would have left this practice a long time ago. These people do not care about others suffering and simply should not work in this field that should have compassion and basic human decency. It's clear it's all about money... dissatisfied isnt even the word. Id give it zero stars if i could.

The nurses are some of the most unfriendly nurses I have ever seen. Instead of being helpful I was talked at and treated as if I don't understand what's going on. Seriously was the worse experience I ever had.

I've been to Passavant numerous times over the past few years due to Diabetic Foot Ulcers. Every time I had to go everyone was very nice and treated me with respect! If I had questions they answered them or got me someone who could. I could go on about the wonderful staff all day!
To me they give you the best care both physically and mentally!

My father was admitted here in October to have his emergency open heart surgery. Dr. Yoon came from North Presbyterian to perform the surgery and did a marvelous job. He along with his professional staff worked swiftly and carefully to save my fathers life and I'm truly grateful. The nurses were very helpful and showed condolence. I strongly recommend!

Dr. Parulis was the rudest doctor I have ever met. He was snippy and short with me and treated me like an idiot. The nursing staff was the only nice thing. He was at cranberry passavant, I would not go back.

Overall good hospital but last visit not so good. I had complete opposite experience than others. last year drove my brother to ER UPMC passavant Mcandless with his Heart Rate over 195 and BP fluctuating between high and low numbers . It took under 3 minutes to check in and was escorted to a room where waiting started for ER attendant. Nurse came in after few minutes and few generic ER related questions - put him on a heart monitor, checked his temp etc and was told doctor will be in, in couple minutes. That was right around 9.00 pm and by 11.30 still no doctor, called ER at UPMC cranberry to see if there was any doctors available and was told to come right in. When tried to leave this location discharging station was shocked that we were not seen by any doctors than tried to explain that ER got busy after we had arrived and there were only 2 attending physicians and actually one just finished his duty and left and another one is yet to start his shift. Really this is freaking ER not Dave and buster. I was there with an emergency not a social visit. Anyways drove my brother from this ER to cranberry ER, and after 5 minutes he was seen by a ER physician. Did an Ekg and gave him meds immediately. Kept him for observation till 6 and was released.

My husband had knee surgery done on Sept 4,2020 I was down there all day. The staff and his doctor was great but it was just so slow getting him out of recovery and into his room. They say visiting hours are over at 6 pm but come on,how are we to visit are love one when half the time they're in surgery, than they're in recovery till like 4 or 5. They need to speed it up a little. This ridiculous in my opinion.

If you truly have an emergency, go somewhere, ANYWHERE else! I've heard it called UPMC "Passaway" before. I now know why. Longest wait in ER... EVER!!!! And for no reason. Originally there was no one in the waiting room.... it is now full because they take like 1 patient a hour.

The only pro is that it is clean. Would probably be a decent place if it wasn't for the the incredibly long wait.

Had to take my dad here because he took a header on some concrete. The staff kept him overnight to make sure he was okay and gave him a bunch of scans, etc. The nursing staff and attending docs were all great and the imaging/MRI folks were efficient. The hospital itself is very nice, with a cafeteria on the ground floor and coffee and gift shop on the entry level floor. They had volunteer musicians playing in front of the shop to brighten the environment. My brother and I were born there 30 years ago and we turned out okay, so they must be doing something right

Made an appointment over the phone. I show up and of course no appointment. Make a new appointment no problem accidents happen. Then a day later get a call that they have to reschedule again, the doctor they scheduled me with isn t actually working. Seem very disorganized and not reliable. I feel bad for anyone with serious issues. Don t think they can handle what all they have going in

My mother had back surgery, that went well. We arrived at 6:30am, as I sat with her waiting for the surgery at 8:30am, the nurses were wonderful! Thanks for all of the attention. Rosemary Margaret (Myers) Mrazik (Cobb)

I'm not from this area, but I must say I found this hospital very clean and the staff was amazing. They took very good care of me while I was admitted. The nurses on 4 south could not have been anymore on point with everything. The on call doctors did a great job as well. Thank you all
