Hurricane Grill & Wings Review

Customer service was ok but their wings and fries are REALLY good. Let's just say, DON'T waste your money at Wing Stop or anywhere else.

Not good. Went for the all you can eat wings on Monday, only to be told that they don't do that anymore. The drink was horrible. Should have went somewhere else.

Went out for a few beers and appetizers. The service was slow considering there were only 2 other couples when we went and plenty of staff. Next time I will make sure to stick with a burger as they are the only place on the island that gets medium rare correct. I'll also call ahead to make sure Scott is working as he never disappoints on the customer service aspect.

The portions are way under sized for the prices they set them at.

Hit all 3 places on this corner. Waited 15 minutes and no waitress. Dont mess around go to the Blue Watet 5 feet away

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The food was decent but the waitress started to give an attitude when she messed up orders and didn't bring out food that she charged us for.

Late night snack here. Burgers were great. Cozy sports bar by the beach.

I hadn t been to this place in a while since new management took over since I had a bad experience. Although on this most current gist I was pleasantly surprise with good food and great service. Hope is continues

I never ever leave reviews but this was the best food we have eaten in a long time! 6 of us ate 6 different things and it was perfect!!! I will be thinking about this place when I get back to Alabama!

Kelly was on point with the service& refills. We had wings & fries that were cooked to perfection. The decor inside was very unique& clean. Flat screen tv's for the sports fans. I would def. recommend this place to anyone who wants great food,great service& a laid back atmosphere. ~R.N from P.C., Fl.

I ordered hot garlic parmesan wings. They had hardly no sauce and wasn't even spicy. There garlic parmesan wasn't what I thought if I want minced garlic and parmesan cheese I can do that at home. Next time go to buffalo wild wings.

Food is great service is great. Food takes way to long to get only down fall of the place.

Ordered they Bitesquad and order was canceled by the restaurant due to be busy. Never received a phone call or email. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a steak from there medium cooked it looks like the bottom of my shoe if I could have posted the picture I took I would have so tough and the onion rings were dark brown it smelled like the oil they used was for shrimp and smelled like it also don t waste your money there for delivery you aren t there to be able to place a complaint or send it back

The food is good as long as u dont try to change or order temps or take something of item

Awesome atmosphere. Food comes out great most of the time but we have had a couple of issues with wrong orders and poor food quality.

Sat outside for 30min waiting on service and no one ever came I had to leave

They messed my order..it took soon long. They acted I'm a burden to them.

Extremely Bad every one cooking staff seee working with out face masks and Glove on this situation covi19 to day 7/20/20 !!!!

Today I was in the restaurant, I go to the bathroom and I see through the glass I cook them without chewing or sweaty gloves, I make a complaint and the person who speaks to me is the owner (Richard) and he told me that the kitchen is hot so that I don't have to use it, he can tell me for you if you want you can go I say no I will let you know and do not think that it is for paying the care of the citizen !!!

This is a chain store that has very good wings and Parmesan Fries. Our service was good and the food was good. They have a small area outside that is nice to sit at and is significantly friendly.

Hurricane Wings used to have a point system that you could earn rewards for free food and that ended suddenly. Now they have a survey printed on receipt to receive free order of fries. Survey doesn't work...come on Hurricane Wings and dont be so cheap.

I wish I could say something good, but the ahi tuna tacos made me sicker than I have ever been in my life. I ate there on Sunday and I am still sick. It was so bad I had a heart arrhythmia. I hate leaving bad reviews, but don t want anyone else to get sick.

Fantastic Place in a great location. Theresa is the best!! Great food all the way around. Been going here for years and never had poor service. Love it!! Wings are so much better than the other global wing chain. Beers are reasonably priced and great happy hour specials.

My wife and I went for lunch. It was windy and we set at the bar to order and then went outside to eat. They transferred us with no issues. I ordered a burger medium well. I got my burger medium well. It was a large burger with a generous serving of kettle chips. We also ordered wings. Very flavorful and very well cooked but not overdone. The staff was polite and attentive. Our drinks did not run dry. Bathroom was clean and serviceable. I left full and not broke. We had dined at the BBG next door and were very disappointed, so I was apprehensive about trying Hurricanes. I am certainly glad we did! By far our favorite lunch place on the island.

Hurricane grill isn't worth the money. Food is way over priced

$9 for ten, count them, ten cauliflower bites..... I know things are rough with covid, but is there a cauliflower shortage I dont know about?

This is the original Hurricanes Wings restuarant and it has a good variety of food. Its an awesome place to catch a game, but indoor seating is limited.

Excellent service great burgers and cold beer . friendly.

Sat at the bar && after about 10 minutes we had to ask for service. Ordered && the order wasn't right but it wasn't a big deal

The " original " always a good experience. The one in Vero Beach SUCKS thank god for the Fort Pierce location.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Food was okay. My chicken tenders were over some. My sister in law asked me to send them back but I did not want to complain.

Lousy service. Very rude waitresses. Unless you're ordering wings, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE OFF THEIR MENU! Never any drink specials either.

overall very good. however, the pork sliders were very salty. about 50% less sodium would improve the taste tremendously (speaking for myself)

Closes to early 9:40 wont take no more orders and post to close at 10:00 bad business wont go there again lost money with me

One of the best and affordable places to eat on Hutchinson Island! You must try their "mexican street corn" and they have awesome tacos on Taco Tuesday! Only $2 !

Awesome burgers! Awesome wings! Awesome staff! Awesome music with a real beach atmosphere. Need I say more! It's a little pricey though. We paid $50 plus tip for 2 burgers and 12 wings but sometimes you pay for what you get.

Good food each time I visit.

Took a bit longer than usual to get food out to us and then my son's burger was overcooked! We were too famished to wait any longer, as it took close to an hour to have burgers brought out.

Not sure if kitchen was short staffed or what, but this was definitely a bit disappointing for a place that is usually on point.

I just don t understand why it could have been that several tables were served before my party, I spent 45 minutes waiting on 20 wings that seemed like they were all just put on the same plate, and when I asked about the flavors the server said that one looks a little more orange than the others

Customer service was top notch but the food was awful!

I dont like to give bad reviews but sometime its necessary. The waitress wasn't bad, they were friendly and prompt. The food however was some of the worst we've had. We started with the beef nachos. The meat was so dry and over cooked, there hardly any cheese to be found, and just overall bad. I had the baha fish tacos. The fish was so over cooked it was hard and dry, sitting on top of a ton of just plain shredded cabbage with a smidge of cream sauce on top. My husband had the burgarito which they used the same dead dry beef with a spoon full of cheese on top and some old stale nachos on the side. Sadly we won't be back.

I have been eating here for 20+ years (long before they were a chain restaurant... back when it was Chris's Hurricane grill & Wings) I love their food. Some of my favorites are the wings (for sure) the garlic parmesan fries & garlic parmesan broccoli, their salads with Blackened Mahi (Although I will say the fish portion size keeps getting smaller it seems) as well as their beach side chicken dish (Yum). The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because tbh it's not what it used to be. Food portions are smaller (example... the fish, no celery or carrots come with the wings any more) it seems the prices went up and the portions got smaller. Doesn't seem to add up. Plus every time you go there seems to be new staff and the food sometimes isn't the way it should be (I'm guessing because a steady flow of new kitchen staff) I used to go multiple times a week (me and my entire family) but we haven't been in a while because of that reason. Another plus though is the atmosphere and it's so nice that they are right their at the Jetty. Beautiful view!!

Do not go here if you don't have 1/2 a day to kill. Ordered 40 minutes ago. . Wow. Fries don't take that long.

I would leave zero stars if I could. We just walked out after being ignored for 10 minutes. Several of the staff looked right at us but didn t say a word. A server even walked past us and said, excuse me however couldn t even greet us. A customer turned around and expressed that they noticed we were ignored. Horrible service.

Great staff, updated menu with great tasty options and happy hour is 3-6 pm.

Coconut shrimp was bomb! Really great service as well.

I am giving this restaurant higher than usual rating is because my steak burger today is really good. My daughter has coconut shrimp and she also loved it BUT my wife's Caribbean chicken breast is very dry and small portion.

I ordered delivery of the fried calamari. It came over cooked and rubbery. It came with marinara sauce too small for the dish and wasn't the sweet chili sauce as advertised. The Parmigian garlic fries were dry and tasted like cardboard.

Poor customer service by the "manager". We also received our appetizer along with out meal...error by waitress. Just overall a bad experience. Her team is a reflection of her lack of leadership.

My son said the burger he had was the best he's ever had. The fish and shrimp were second to none and the service from Scotty was as good as it gets.
