Horrible Negligent property owners zero stars is what they deserve no one picks up the phone you literally have to file city complaints over and over to anything fixed, my unit is in the 695 grand street property and has had the same ongoing issue since I moved in over a year ago! My cousin lives at another one of their property s at 891 Mother Gaston and that building is so filthy and their unit has so many issue it s unbelievable they have to live in those conditions it s hazardous!!!... if you are offered a spot and 1 of their buildings keep waiting if you can in the long run you ll be better off somewhere else I guarantee you!

2021 Update: Heating was addressed but again still not fixed I ve called twice and reported that the issue still remains the living rm heat doesn t work It hasn t worked pretty much the entire winter the tech did his best but the faulty unit needs a new motherboard but it s as if you guys are refusing to make the purchase for that part I ve said it before I ll say it again my unit has been serviced over 4 times and initially never worked since the week of moving in it seems like all the repairs cost would prob equal replacing the unit but they still keep attempting to fix and nothing becomes of it each time! I ve been waiting the entire winter the heat comes on for 5 mins and than goes into fan mode I just can t be bothered at this point I already anticipate another summer of no A/C in the living room so it is what it is!

I got placed in an apartment with several overdue repairs and a growing bug problem. After over a year of living here, I had to spend Christmas and New Years on the floor at a friends place (during Covid) because my bathroom flooded with upstairs neighbors toilet/bath water waste. I m in the process of relocating to a shelter because nobody within the organization can find the time to keep their word and offer me the help I need. Imagine preferring a shelter to your own apartment. Avoid St Nicks Alliance

Very poor on returning calls to its own tenants very poor

Starting a petition for the residents for this property. To many people in NYC have been treated unfairly by this company. They are disrespectful and do not appreciate that we pay to be on your property and should be treated with respect. Ms. Cruz is very rude and instead of being honest blocked my phone calls. The building sups never return your phone calls and the company is reaping 15-20 thousand dollars from the government to not move you in at the time of your lease. I will be heard and so will all of the people they house . I will update this with where you can sign the petition within a week. P.s if you want to start your own petition you can find all their properties under their name and also through any nyc public buildings registration site. Go to each property and go door to door with the petition to stop them from receiving government funding due to negligence of property and tenants. Then you can take that petition to the courts and get the petition heard by a judge or board. Let me know but I will begin this process also. Please let me know if you need any help I m a Law Graduate.

Waited One day for an interview with the Director. After 2 1/2 hours late - she decided not to show up at all .

I give this company zero stars horrible Horrible the worst company !!!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to a dead dog !!! The staff is horrible they do t pick up the phone there not professional at all ... The staff is not trained in working working with different type of people stay away from this company

St Nicks Alliance should not get any more city or Federal contracts. I am in Supreme Court with St Nicks Alliance for allowing us to live with mice and rats. Explain how I complained about drugs in your buildings Michael Rochford and how your building is a slum and you did nothing when I complained about the drugs and then your property manager was arrested for money laundering for a Heroin Cartel. Explain that your president Joseph Robles is a convicted felon as is his dad. Explain how you allowed people with AIDS to lose their civil rights to live in one of your rat infested buildings. Explain how your employees forged my leases. Explain, because my court papers and my depositions show all this to be true. You should lose all your contracts, you live off the taxpayer plain and simple. I am filing in federal court to force the city to revoke all your contracts. Writs of Mandamus and Prohibition. Ask your lawyers. See how the fancy law firm you hired to fight me stops this. Innocent people do not hire one of the biggest law firms in the country to fight me. You and others at St Nicks Alliance six figure salary according to Guide Star clearly shows you are a for profit, not a not for profit. All at the expense of taxpayers, sick people with AIDS and everyone else. ANd you are a slum lord which is ironic since you claim to fight slum landlords and you are guilty of the same. UPDATE: After evidence holds were put in place, 2 to be exact, St Nicks Alliance could care less, they destroyed the video evidence. This is how criminals work. We will show the world at trial!

My daughter s building has been without heat or hot water for 2 weeks. Management does not communicate, inform or return calls. I will be contacting the media. It is disgraceful.
