My daughter has been working for UP2US sports since July. After college graduation she took some time off before law school to work and study for the LSAT. After witnessing her experience with UP2US in regards to her pay and being paid in a timely manner, I recommended she quite and file a complaint with the labor board. I found out she was being paid well below minimum wage and every pay date there is an issue with her receiving her pay. I have had to call and get involved in for her to receive her pay for hours worked. This is no way to run a business. It is unacceptable. She has a co-worker who started the same time she did who has yet to receive a pay check. I also advised that person to file a grievance with the labor board.
The mission statement of this company gives the idea of integrity but how to have young adults work for you and not pay them? Truly a disgrace.
