I have been working in this company for 8 years, what 'LI' represents, in addition to the professionalism and punctuality of salaries, is COMMUNICATION. Whenever I found myself confronting Silicondev, both for work and personal needs, I ALWAYS found competence, availability and humanity. Sharing my work (at the customer) with the Human Resources guys and with the Sales team, has created a solid network of communication and collaboration, all with a common goal, to grow together and get to the end of the various engagement projects . Working in TEAM has made us achieve surprising results ... and there is still a long way to go ... so in reality, this is the company that 'CI' represents!

Serious and professional company, always timely payments.

I have been an employee for more than two years and I absolutely don't feel like having to make any negative notes to them, especially regarding the payment of wages (always a week before, half an hour after never). Always available to solve any problem with extreme seriousness.
