This is the 3rd time I have ordered items and I have always received very good customer service. My products always arrive in one piece and when they say it will. I am very happy with this company and the staff. Very helpful and nice.
For 4 months I tried to order something from these folks for my business! I sent numerous emails, photos for the labels, etc and spoke to them by phone 3 times and was told each time that they would get back to me the next day but they never did. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I visit Montana several times a year and always pick up Huckleberry jam. This year being very different I won t be going to Montana for the holidays. I ordered all my stocking stuffers gifts and had the greatest service from Sharon once again. Everyone I give jam to always asks for it again and again.

I ordered dark chocolate huckleberry cordials, like the ones they sell to Montana House in Apgar Village. What I received was milk chocolate. When i complained, they said what I got was dark chocolate. If so, it is vastly inferior to what I bought at Montana House. Cloyingly sweet , and waxy chocolate. Awful.
