It was great, even in the rain. They did a great job with social distancing, face masks, cleaning, etc.

This place was amazing cool attractions even though I only went to bone theme park

one of the best parks ive ever seen!
but still very sad about the old attractions, was so happy to see E.T again :)

Universal is simply amazing with so much to see and do for all ages.
I highly recommend getting the fast pass to speed through the long lines. Honestly, it is money well spent if you re limited to a one day visit.
One tip I have is to purchase a lanyard to keep your fast pass in so you can quickly scan through the fast pass lines. On most of the ride you have to lock up all of your belongings so it makes it easier if it s around your neck.
We also went to the Halloween horror nights and it was incredible. So much fun and the costumes were awesome.
I highly recommend Universal s Islands of Adventure!!!! I will be returning soon. I loved it sooo much.

Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios are great! The rides are brilliant with a variety of them, from 4D rides to thrilling rollercoasters! I would definitely recommend if you are staying in Orlando.

Great place to be, but many rides are closed now due to covid. Social distancing is maintained and passengers are required to santiize hands before entering each ride.

Do not miss Revenge of mummy and Harry potter escape from gringotts.

The Experience could have been better, paid a lot of money for express pass. That worked sort of. For as much as they cost he should have been able to bypass all of the line not parts of it.

We spent two days getting on every ride. Wait times werent long. Feels a little dead due to covid. Greeters weren't as excited, feels nothing like it did before pandemic. You are required to wear your mask around the park

My kids had a blast! My youngest daughter has Down Syndrome and everyone was very accommodating. This place is cleaner than Disneyland too!

I like the California more they overpriced very busy with new covid rules

This review is only about the Harry Potter parts since I went to the Universal Studio only for that and didn't visit anything else. I loved the attention to details (except for the sweet shop where the sweets are just normal. The packaging are really nice but the sweets themselves have nothing to brag about. Come on guys you can do better, I believe in you!). I went there right after the hurricane and the park was really quiet so I didn't have to wait for any of the rides (only 4 for Harry Potter, really great ones though). The food was surprisingly tasty and fresh, nothing to do with the usual fast food you find in parks. The music was enchanting, the gift shops have different articles from one an other so explore them all before you take a decision. The biggest one is located under the Hogwarts castle. I am sure that I am forgetting tons of details but overall I had a great time.

Had a great time, went for my birthday/Labor Day weekend! Of course there were crowds however, the fast pass was worth the extra spend. From 1 pm to closing we waited in zero lines! As always, The Hulk was our #1. First time experiencing, Poseidon, wow! Was not at all what we were expecting and it blew us away. Talented actress & great effects!

Everything open, proper sanitizing didn't interfere with enjoyment. The opposite of Disney. As an added perk, they had 2 Haunted Houses. They normally have 12, and you have to pay to enter them. The 2 were free.

One of the happiest place in the world

Loved Universal even better than Disney. Much better food at the resort. Harry Potter Escape From Gringotts 3D ride was mind blowing. Hogwarts and Diagonally brought the movie to life. You can buy an interactive wand for $50 bucks that does magic in certain places throughout Diagonally. But it was kinda lame. Save your money because once you leave it's useless. City Walk at the park entrance was amazing, full of eats and sights. We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe and it was a blast! We were there for there days and didn't see half the place or do everything we wanted. But we still had a great time, worth every penny, and it was lots of pennies.

I am an annual pass holder. COVID and unreasonable heat has put a damper on park visits. As far as safety Universal has done a stellar job. They have this thing down to a science. If you aren't good at wearing a mask then stay home. They don't play,but are nice about it. Islands was too packed at Harry Potter, but the virtual line door Hagrids was perfection.

Superb theme park. Well worth visiting but very expensive for a short visit. The Harry Potter rides and townscapes really are amazing but are split over two parks with a fantastic Hogwarts express train between them.

Had a BLAST with my husband and kids... I can't wait to go back!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! ME & MY FAMILY IS HERE EVERY YEAR, BUT THIS YEAR ITS BEEN TWICE ALREADY!! WE ARE ENDING OUR YEAR HEAR AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS!!!

The kid in me was awaken. My husband and I had so much fun. The CDC rules were implemented in everywhere restroom, restaurants and rides. We'll be going back soon..

A fun place for adults to feel like kids in Orlando. Many of the rides have reasonable wait times though newer or Harry Potter rides will likely be a longer wait. Some of the outdoor rides are definitely more magical after dark just before closing.

Super fun theme park!! See the London area of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in this park!! Visit Diagon Alley and Nocturne Alley!! See Gringotts Bank in person. Wonderful time for Harry Potter fans. Also in the park are rides such as E.T and Rip Ride Rocket!! I recommend the Shrek 4D movie as well, fun 15 minute film.

Universal is doing everything right I was so pleased with how things were being done. I was traveling with two 12 yr olds and the longest line we stood in was 35 mins. Perfect day butterbeer is so good. Great job to universal!

My company Durbin Roofing and Waterproofing took the families for a company party and it was expensive but worth it! My wife and daughters LOVE IT THERE!!

While the Fast and Furious ride was hilariously awful, the Simpsons ride was uproariously fun. And the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.... Just wow! Something amazing around every corner.

Magical! Ideally for adults but kids can also have a good time. Would recommend it during this months since lines are short. Tip: Don't get a fast pass before you enter the park. Wait till you see the waiting time on the rides and go from there. During my visit the most time I spent waiting was 45m, but usually 15-20 per ride

Amazing experience and fun rides! Only thing for me is that the fast pass is expensive. It was about $120 for one ride and $140 for all day. It cost basically the same as the entry ticket and I thought that the one ride purchase was a scam. Aside from that, great place to spend with the family and would go again!

Wonderful place, full of great rides, friendly staff. With all kinds of new stuff opening. The thing I dont like is that they are going away from roller coasters and thrill rides to simulator rides. Also the cost of universal is expensive. Although there are a lot of simulator rides they are good rides and everything is well kept, and well maintained. It is a great place for families to come and play. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Great day from start to finish. Covid Protocols are excellent, food and entertainment was good, and the day was full of fun and excitement! Loved the new Harry Potter ride "Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike" a lot of unexpected moments!

We mainly went for Harry Potter world and that in itself was worth it. It was so immersive and fun.

The staff were all in costume and character. You really feel transformed to another world.

Make sure to purchase at least one interactive wand to get the full experience!

Also a lot of the shops are connected so don't miss out on anything.

Don't forget to get tickets to both parks so you can take the Hogwarts Express between both parts of Harry Potter world.

An unforgettable venue for families, emotions go wild after these parks. A million happy faces, dozens of cool rides and delicious food. In this place you can always relax completely. We recommend everyone, it s always super to come before Christmas - beautiful shows are held on the street, this is magic.

Love Universal Studios!!! We go every year. I would go every weekend if I could. We were just there last weekend. Away have a great time with family & friends.

Harry Potter is phenomenal in both parks and the Gringotts ride is top notch. The food is really good in The Leaky Cauldron; better than The Three Broomsticks in my opinion. The new Hagrid's Motorcycle rider is absolutely amazing as well. Some of the other attractions are good as well such as the Mummy or some of the big roller coasters. The downside is that parking is $25 a day and a butterbeer is $8, making this park really expensive. I think they might even marginally beat Disney's sky high prices on a few things.

This is my favorite theme park. It's genuinely meant for everyone especially adults lol. The rides, the food, everything is just so fun and so amazing. I honestly love this place. Have visited a few times and plan on taking another vacation to go again. It's expensive yes but still worth it. I honestly can't say that about other theme parks. This place is just that much fun. It makes you a kid all over again.

My experience in this park has been Great, if you stay on a universal property you get early admission to the park and unlimited front of the line access
It is very helpful being early especially if you are trying to do both parks on the same day
If you have kids I recommend ride first minions, the lines are long.
My favorite ride is escape from Gringotts in the wizarding world of Harry Potter.
the rip Roller Coaster is amazing and a different experience in my opinion to ride during day and night.
Also another ride that you can not miss it is E.T.
I can t wait to here the new announcement this week I think they will be making a new part making universal a true week long vacation.

We went for two days for my son's Magic Moments trip (he has leukemia but is in remission). We had a blast!! The employees escorted us to the front of every line, which surprised me because Disney did not even do that. All of the employees were super friendly and accommodating. My son LOVED the Spider-Man ride and wanted to ride it again and again. He also got to meet him and Spider-Man was so kind to him. Thank you guys for showing us 2 fun-filled days!! We all enjoyed Universal more than Disney World and can't wait to go back. The only suggestion I would have is please do away with some of the screen rides!!

Haven't been here in 15 years and decided to spend the money and bring the family for a day at March break. Was amazed at how impressive the Harry Potter part of the park was. After spending $200 a person, wished we had spent the extra $100 each to get the express line pass. Had no idea that at March break there would be so many people and lines were 60+min for most rides. Express lines appeared to be much less of a wait and guests were put right to the front of the lines.

Got the meal deal and enjoyed a drink, snack as well as an entree and drink at dinner. Fish & chips tasted great! For those who have never experienced a Frozen Butter Beer drink, use the snack part of the deal on this. It was truly amazing on a hot day and I couldn't pry it out of my kids hands so had to get another!

I don't like roller coasters so was not sure about going but did all of the Harry Potter ones without any trouble.

Love this place! It is always fun to go to. I can not wait until Halloween horror nights! It is a must see.

Went to the Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and had an absolutely awesome time! There are 10 haunted houses and all are unique and very detailed inside... and scary of course! This truly an event for an adult atmosphere of fun and memories.

Went in the post COVID times. Great park, lots of wiping and cleaning as well as temperature checks, which made us feel more comfortable. Tried another park for a day and Universal is definitely setting a great example.

Beautiful theming on the outside of rides. Too many 3d glasses required rides for me though.

All I can say is I don t know who was the biggest kid ... me or the kid. So much fun. Something for everyone to enjoy.

Love the park. Worth going multiple times and I have a residents pass. I like Jurassic the best. The cartoon characters are great. Harry Potter fans will love the many attractions around that character and the nightly show above the castle is fantastic. It runs multiple teams a night. The holographic show at the lake which combines multiple attractions into one amazing light and sound show is to be seen to be believed and worth the admission just to see that!

It was the most fun I ve ever had in my life! The rides are amazing! The theme park food was great!

I loved the rides but the smoking was terrible, I cant stand the smell of smoke and i with you can get rid of it to make children's lungs healthy and not worst. And please make two lines for the people without the fast pass i is annoying. Please make it so there is more Starbucks around the park, people need to be energized and ready. And there needs to be chairs in the lines that are to long (All of them). There needs to be more bathrooms with people inside them to clean them, those girls make a mess, and they stank. Can you make it so there is skateboards around the park for free so we don't have to walk a lot or something for the kids and adults so they don't have to walk to much and have to take a break cause their feet hurt. And there needs to be more sweets and food. Thanks for the awesome ride though i really enjoyed it.

Must go theme park! You must go to Harry Potter! You must take Hogwarts express train there and back for the experience. You must get butter beer. It was so delicious!

Not very fun anymore. With the social distancing requirements the park should be limiting ticket sales. They cannot handle the amount of guests they are admitting. When you have to wait 49 minutes just to get into a store, you know there is a problem. We've been here for hours and all we have been able to do is go on the Simpsons ride and monster movie make-up show. Not worth the increased ticket price.

Amazing place to visit. Fun for all ages. The lines can get long so it's best to plan your trip ahead of time and try to go when everyone else is still at work or school

For the money I paid to enter the park really didn't get to enjoy much. Roller coasters were closed due to weather, then got on the spider-man ride after waiting for over 30min they shut the ride down. Went over to universal and transformer was shut down as well. Didn't really get the chance to do much. Staff was amazing thou and made everything better in a way. Haunted houses wasn't that bad.

This park is very organized, enough bathrooms for everyone,friendly staff. Rides give an estimate of waiting time but it's actually less waiting. Very pleasant experience on my first visit! We'll be back soon!

A nice getaway facility for couples and their children. It is very beneficial to those who need to burn off excess fat/calories. An excellent site that keeps you on your feet with adrenaline pumping.

This is our third trip to Universal Orlando. We have always loved the park, it's clean, the people are always nice. This time around, several rides were down, lines were crazy long. Waits happen, its totally understandable, but the way lines were being done seemed like it was somewhat organized, but maybe not the best way for things to be done. I do think they were doing their best with what they had. Restaurants were terribly unorganized with scheduling and the lack of signage that they want you to exit another way. This is not the fault of the park or employees, but the mask mandate is terrible and completely took away from the experience. I sure hope mask mandates everywhere, along with the 'rona will go away soon! But as for this trip, it wasnt near as fun as our trips in the past and was just disappointing.

Wow! This place is amazing. We're Floridian We have annual passes and we can go when ever we feel like it. The food is great and reasonable price. The shows are spectacular. The park employees are awesome. What my family love the most are the rides Harry potter ride. Their butter beer is good...and off course I get my walking exercise can't forget that. Lol..lots of walking..

First time ever and of course i love Popeye so we go on the boat ride and are soaked the rest of the day..... it was a hoot but read the signs folks.... put this in a locker or stow away as they say. Do it or your stuff will get soaked.

Me, my 11 and 8 year olds just cane back from a fantastic day at universal studios and islands of adventure. My 8 year old just finished her second Harry Potter book and was eager to see the Harry Potter world for the first time in 2 years. She had the time of her life. The Wizarding World is done so well, I wish we could spend the whole day exploring it. The new Hadrigs Ride is massive and extremely fun. The COVID procedures were safe, but did not feel overwhelming. My kids did not mind masks, hand washing, enforced physical distancing on and off rides and constant squirts of antibacterial lotions from park crew. Every employee was wearing a mask, every ride was safely spaced out, before and after every ride we were given a squirt of antibacterial liquid. I was very impressed by how well everything was thought through and implemented. Since we are Florida residents and can t travel much now, we are looking forward coming back very soon.

First day was busy. Holiday weekend. The second day was nice didn't stay long. Social distancing is a must. Hand sanitizer everywhere and before evey ride.

I love the parks, but was extremely disappointed to find that there are no senior discounts. I wanted to bring my daughter and father, even though he can't ride the rides, but he wants to experience Orlando with his granddaughter and watch her have fun. The only thing he can ride in the park is a scooter, yet he's expected to pay the same outrageous amount as I am? That just doesn't make any sense to me. Otherwise I have had nothing but very positive experiences here.

One of my favorite theme parks. Plus it has Harry Potter world which makes it all the more magical. I recommend getting tickets that allow you to visit both parks so that you can utilize the train. Even if you dont like Harry Potter, it will allow you to travel to the other park more quickly and then you wont have to walk all the way out of the park and back in the other.

Went to spend the day here with my daughter and my sister and her husband. Perfect day.... Sunny but not too hot.

Fun. Had some ride technical issues but got compensated with express passes to get on other rides.

Universal for Halloween Horror Nights is a tradition that I've been going to for years on my birthday so this year was no different the park was amazing they have a lot of new Brides like Fast and the Furious they also have a bunch of new eateries that I'm going to try it out next time I go back but I did go to Louie's Pizza which is my favorite just keep in mind if you're going to a theme park it is pricey for a two slices of pizza and two medium sodas it was around a little over $30 that's normal thing part pricing if you want a souvenir cup there about $16 a person you come out better getting more than one it comes down to about $12 a person if you get three to six of those anything else that you buy like the Halloween Horror Night shirts they were about $27 the hoodies were about $50 the cups were about $25 so typical pricing Universal outdid themselves this year with Halloween Horror Nights it was a wonderful experience I love the scare Zone especially the 1985 Vamps own had a wonderful time we'll definitely go back again to experience more of the great attractions that they do have but if you haven't went to Halloween Horror Nights definitely give it a try it's a great experience it's really fun sometime super scary but it's a really fun environment no

Incredible! Amazing! The most impressive park I have ever been to. One day was short but enough to do every attraction! We didn t wait much (without the fast pass!) Food is expansive and not that good though. My favorite attractions: everything, but Minions and Simpson Ride must be done in my opinion! Have fun!!

Wasted the prepaid meal plan because the food was the same options as the day before. The food was aweful. Not a whole lot of adult rides. Waste of money for an adult Florida residents. No value for the money spent. Great for tourist. Photos were a waste of money. There was only 4 rides where the photo station was working. Express pass even more of a waste of money because when we went to guest services about accomodations for disabled riders they told us that we had to buy the express pass, but that was a lie. All you needed was to go to the ride with the paper handicapped sign from the parking area and you didn't have to wait long to ride. I left very unhappy and wanted to cry. My oldest son took me here as a birthday and Christmas present. He spent over $5,000. I feel bad his hard earned money was wasted.

We had an amazing time at Universal. They are doing a phenomenal job at cleaning and keeping the park as normal as possible. We really appreciated that they kept the families social distanced and even let us take masks for photos. I was worried I bought the photo pass last year for a whole set of masked photos, but nope! As long as parties social distanced you were good.
I personally loved they had so many characters out. Not once did I feel unsafe or like we didn t get our money worth from Universal. Personally I love the social distancing. Keeps people from being on top of you in lines. Most weekdays we went the rides were walk ons or less than 15 min wait which were amazing. We rode everything we wanted to and some more than once.
Love that Olivanders is doing the wand ceremony by family. We signed each kid up for a time and did it twice. The interactive wands in the parks are so fun.
I felt safer at Universal than I did back home. They are great with the hand sanitizer, keeping everyone safe and ensuring everyone has a good time, even in these crazy times. It was a trip we will never forget and I m glad we went.

If you go to Universal Studios, PLEASE attend the Bourne SPECTACULAR Show. BEST SHOW IN ORLANDO!!! That's how you do a show!

A lot of activities! They had a private party/event all over the place so, we couldn't access the full facilities. But over all is a nice place to visit!

No social distancing. Stores and walkways are shoulder to shoulder people as if we aren't in a pandemic. And the hand sanitizer they squirt on your hands involuntarily is slimy and gross.
Themed areas are well done. Always love the HP area. Workers are nice and helpful. Lack of stars is because of the overcrowding.

Only spent the day here but it was well worth going too. A little bit on the pricey side only spending one day at the park and not being a Florida native but would definitely go again. The longest wait we had in a line was about 50 minutes but other rides were much shorter

5 years plus we have been season pass holders and always find something new...perfect for a weekend family get away...we live in the fort Myers area and try to make it once a month. Staying on site makes things so much easier with on site transportation to an from the parks every 15 min. Great for coming and going for lunch or a quick change of clothes.

Most of city walk is closed, same in the parks also. But the crowd is low and getting on rides was fast.

So glad we went before the big crowds start again! Loved seeing all the characters out! Cast as always super friendly!

Amazing! This place encourages you to be a kid, have fun and use your imagination.

Halloween horror nights great fun get the express pass

We had so much fun and never ran out of things to do! I d recommend finding the less occupied areas for eating because they have great tables chairs and bathrooms in those areas that were always open (ex Dr Seuss Land) There were plenty of things for all ages and different levels of rides.

This trip was at Christmas time, there were plenty more people than the normal July crowd, but the Hogwarts castle light display was fantastic! Plus they made it snow. If you don't mind the crowds and waiting in line for the rides, I recommend at least once going for Christmastime. We had our one big meal at the leaky cauldron, service was good and the good is good also. We did both parks, I've included some pictures.

Universal Studios Post Covid-19 was different to say the most...wearing mask while walking the park was some what of a challenge but the attractions NEVER fail to please. Harry Porter World was a very nice addition though cluttered more than the rest of the park the shops and ice cream were A plus!!!! Daughter and I have the Premium Pass so we will probably be here twice a month going into our cooler months and once rainy days are done. Got rained on a little but the long waits for the rides gave much appreciated reprieve.

The entire family had a great time. The rides are fun but the lines can be long. The food is reasonable but again it can be slow. We ate the Harry Potter and it was really nice with fish and chips. The train between the parks is nice but again the line can be long. It was a weekday and the lines were long.

So much to see and do! Forewarning: your feet will hurt, but it's worth it!

MASKS? Honestly, it wasn't that bad. Most of the simulation ride lines are in air conditioning. We weren't planning on going when we took our trip to Florida July 2020; however, we felt safe to go. They keep you 6 feet from others and your party rides with only your party. No mixing of parties. And they literally put a squirt of hand sanitizer before you go on each ride. You have to wear masks on most rides. Water rides you don't. We went on a Saturday and were very surprised how empty the park felt. We were able to go on every ride with little wait.

Hopefully one day we will be able to go back without masks. Its wasnt that bad. Do it if you are contemplating whether or not to go.

It was my first visit to universal studios and I had a blast. Definitely a must visit, especially during the holiday season

I honestly never had any desires to know this place or even others like Disney Land. But I gave myself the opportunity to meet it and I really liked it. I really enjoyed it. The food is not too expensive (yes, this for me is in the first place), the location is fantastic and... Beyond this... The village of Harry Potter! Yes, I've been a fan of little witch Harry since I was a teenager! Only this was worth the trip. I highly recommend it!

Rooms - I stay in was so good and perfect. My friends stay in one of their regular rooms. the rooms are clean and nice (no more than that) the design nothing special. I think that at the price of this room it is too small. In conclusion - The hotel is one of the best (there is no that many options for good hotels here). so, if you have the money and you looking for 5 stars hotel, I guess that on this island it's one of the best options you have.
