We have been with Universal Gaming Group for 5 years. They made it so easy the first year we added a second location. They always make sure we have up to date, the newest games and they always service them regularly. Our account executive Dave Schmitt always calls on our accounts regularly and stops by to say hello and make sure everything is running smoothly. We have worked with Dave for many years before he started with UGG, another reason the decision was made so easily to go with UGG. I have zero complaints and we are happy we made the decision to go with UGG, too bad all partnerships aren t this effortless.
