Told them I had blood clots in my lungs from an earlier surgery. I'd been vomiting violently from 7pm the prior night up until I showed up at their ER a little after 2pm today. At 5:20pm after seeing several people seen that came in after my arrival, I ripped off my armband and threw it on their desk. I've thrown up several times since I left. Heading to a different Hospital. Worst ER in the country. On top of that I had to pay $7.00 for valet parking after front desk validated my ticket...
I am really upset with the doctors and care team don t think patient needs to rest at night to take them for ultrasound at 10:00 pm and don t let them to rest .
Cleanliness is horrible you have to ask for everything otherwise no body care to clean the patient rooms tray food is stay in the room all day .
Room service they are rude and not care to take a tray out she wants to leave the tray on the chair and leave.
I am absolutely not giving any star to the hospital at all.
Horrible wait times. I wanted to get labs done that are urgent yet they make me schedule a visit with a primary care physician. So I get there at 720am to register and an hour later I m still waiting and all I needed was labs!!!! Very unhappy with this clinic! I actually had to leave because I had to get to work what a waste of time glad I got up at 6am for this wasted appointment!
Its apparent the Umn Fairview Emergency is developing a reputation..... 5 hour 15 minutes wait time.. and we finally made a decision to leave... that was the worst Emergency care I have ever gotten .... that should not be acceptable for any health service anywhere in America.
While I am fan if the UMn Fairview, this was not the reputation I am familiar with. I hope Hospital officials take note to correct the problem at hand. I see others have share this experience and opinion.
