Good place to work for and cafeteria needs to be improved.

Great company. Good exposure to new technologies. Work is flexible.

Optum is the IT division of United health group. This particular building (building 14) is also called as optum Site1. There's one more office just opposite to this building i.e in building 12B also called as optum site3. Food options are not good enough inside the cafeteria of Optum in site 1 and site 3 as well. There's no parking for visitors, you may have to park along the pavement of you're visiting someone there.

In my experience if you're getting a contractual one over there don't go for it, look for the perm otherwise this is not a place for you i guess..

Good in terms of flexibility but very bad in work culture and is continuously going down in providing facilities to its employees like good food in cafeteria and proper seating

Waste of time, totally racist people, candidate who can speak native language will get rejected. I cant understand why this type of mindset indians developed like if u speak english u are more like to be treated good. This type people are not in china, japan and Russia they will see only people with skill and ability to do work not speaking foreign english. We work in india will speak in native languages. Those with this type of thinking go to hell.

Passed Interview 3/3 times, scored highest once ( one known employee told me later) . But I was not selected as I am from Assam aand had no references.

I cleared all the round of interview but finaly they said my profile was not suitable for them..if not suitable y they took all the round and make to wait till evng 7pm and made me a foolll.

Worst Security Department's...they're rules are silly and giving tourcher with vendors
