This company is first rate. They have always been on the ball and willing to help whenever possible. their rebuilt controllers are better than new! Skyler in sales goes above and beyond and shows the industry what customer service is. I have been in the industry for 18 years and ive never dealt with better.
I have one of their chargers which they admit is under warranty until June 2021. It is currently Sept 2020 and they refuse to let me return it. I have even been on the phone with the distributor and he says his hands are tied due to him selling the charger initially to another party. If you are looking for a charger I would highly recommend to look at another manufacturer. Perhaps one more inclined to help consumers. I wish I could give them a zero star review.
