Dreadful ... just dreadful. To date, I don't believe I've worked with a more dishonest, incompetent company.

The fact that they have their client's credit card numbers stored in paper files (which they still ask you to fax through) says everything about this antiquated company.

If the 20% dispatch failure rate doesn't get you, the 'accidental' overcharging will.

Want it removed Robert, FIX IT!!
It is my opinion that UnitedFSI is destroying my customer relationships. Many orders do not go out on time. Some have gone 3-4 days after we sent them in. One inventory item arrived at United on 2-16 and now 10 days later is still not available for us to ship to customers. A customer ordered 1 piece and received a CASE of them. I could go on and on. Very nice people. It is my opinion that they just do not have a good system in place. We send a zendesk request (basically an email) with orders we want filled, inventory arriving, etc... They have asked for these items more than once after we have sent them and they can't find them.
About to spend thousands of dollars switching to a new facility.

I worked for them thru a temp service and some how I was shorted 11 hours on my check. The HR staff expected you to work 7 days a week and their communication is horrible and if u don't kiss ass they will not keep you. Cool job horrible and unqualified management

UFSI is a great company backed by real people that...

UFSI is a great company backed by real people that actually care. We had some hiccups in the beginning but they have been improving. Still some improvements needed with communication, but overall Good partner and Bob truly cares about his clients.

I'd have to say not one person can please everyone...

I'd have to say not one person can please everyone and there are always 3 sides to a story remember that when we write reviews for a company that a person worked so hard to get Mike is a company owner and runs and treats everyone well for what workers put him threw if it was ur business ask yourself would you want drunks would you want your item stolen no cause then that be your money just as well for him this isn't no laid back company where we do what we want there are rules flexible schedule not work what you want Schedule weekends off if u chose and above average pay !! Just need more careing employee willing to go beyond for there jobs .... more then 5 stars are needed in my book ......

If I can give -100 on this company (minus 100 stars), I would. Their customer service, management, responses, all are just unbelievable. I never experienced a more horrible company to work with. Period. We had to waste so much money, because it would take MONTHS to process an order. We called and called. We finally had to give up and send ourselves using expedited service to meet our customer timeline. Not a single time, any request gets follow-ups. Absolutely horrible beyond description. Don't deal with this company at all.

Was told was going to do one job, and back up for another! Come to find out an entire shift didn't show up! Very unethical place, see why they have such HIGH TURNOVER. Waiting for Monday to talk with attorney, since I was released and told was able to pick up my pay, went up and was told it would be mailed.

I was getting money stolen from a girl there that I worked with when we would go to lunch I had over 300 dollars stolen within a month of working there from this girl. I told HR and said they cant do anything about it because it didnt happen at work, which ok I understand I guess ( mind you she's one of there favorite workers I've heard it from my own supervisor a few times. ) anywho thebday I found out it was her stealing money from me and not me misplacing it ,it caused my anxiety and depression to go sky high. I ended up in the hospital for a few days for it. I call them a few days after I got out to let them know what was going on and that I had 3 different doctor notes 1 from the hospital and 2 from my doctor. And they said because I did a no call no show for 2 days that I was fired . Even after I told them my situation. I had no money to get clothes for my kids for winter because they have non and rent was due ,now I'm late on rent. And all they could say was well you couldn't call us from the hospital? Ok when ur suicidal the last thing you're thinking about is calling work. I reported them to fox 2 news.

This is the worst business I have ever had the opportunity of working with. I have never been more frustrated over and over again at a company's inability to do its JOB. One example of about 100+: They shipped one package with the appropriate address in Canada to CHINA. Another small example: they shipped 100+ pieces to Amazon without the appropriate labels on them, which was their fault after we followed their archaic guidelines and process, and now we are out of those accessories since Amazon is not in the business of tracking down who owns a random box in their warehouse full of 1 million boxes. We have to buy them and air freight them in from China so that OUR customers don't continue to ask and rate us poorly because of. And their management is hiding. They don't own up to their mistakes. Bob, one of their executives, is a coward and won't fix things when they are broken costing us time, frustration, money and reputation. I cannot overstate how terrible this company is. Run far far away.

We used this company for over 5 years and didn't change out of sheer laziness, until the pain of using this incompetent, antiquated company became too much to bear.

The highlights
- Average email / support ticket response time (to your queries / issues) of 4 1/2 days (... yes, that's DAYS)

- Approximately 1 package in 20 either mislabelled, sent on the wrong (higher priced) service, or not sent at all

- Made a request on May 25th for a one off shipment. As of yesterday (over two weeks later) the shipment has not been made. When chased they merely responded with

"I am sorry about this I will update you soon.

Considering they're a company with one function - store or send packages, my guess was that sending a package would be a fairly straightforward request but clearly not. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

What you save by their relatively cheap rates, you more than make up for with their incompetency, and overcharging.

UFSI is a step above the rest! They are quick and efficient and you can guarantee quality in your packages as they leave the warehouse. I work closely with Bob who is the best! He takes care of his customers and is very hands on! All of the staff I communicate with daily are responsive and quick! I highly recommend working with them!
