Want it removed Robert, FIX IT!!
It is my opinion that UnitedFSI is destroying my customer relationships. Many orders do not go out on time. Some have gone 3-4 days after we sent them in. One inventory item arrived at United on 2-16 and now 10 days later is still not available for us to ship to customers. A customer ordered 1 piece and received a CASE of them. I could go on and on. Very nice people. It is my opinion that they just do not have a good system in place. We send a zendesk request (basically an email) with orders we want filled, inventory arriving, etc... They have asked for these items more than once after we have sent them and they can't find them.
About to spend thousands of dollars switching to a new facility.
