UNIMONTE Review

Since the time I studied, they did not present a good organization, they passed wrong information or they did not pass information, the deadlines for solving problems are absurd, the facilities are good and that's what they get to sell the fish, but that's all that's good .

The administration is terrible, they block the student for documentation the night before the holiday without any warning. They give no support to the student's needs, they fall short with the bureaucratic part.

I love Unimonte!
I recommend it to people who like to really study, to take seriously the commitment to the career and the future. This is not a place to pass the time and get easy grades, it requires dedication and a lot of effort.
Grade 100 for the direction that listens attentively to students and always comes up with solutions or at least tries, strives daily to always improve.
Teachers who teach with excellence, the vast majority have master's and doctorate degrees. I'm very proud of Unimonte's faculty.

Whenever I call - since I joined the institution - it's a delay to answer (today I called to try to answer a question with the new coordinator and the automatic message said that the waiting time was 38 MINUTES), when I got answers they varied from employee to employee.

The university has excellent teachers and good structure - library, labs, studios and more ... - however, the cost of available courses is often high.

Bad university, I do not indicate there is not a shred of respect with students, total lack of organization a shame.

terrible college treats students very badly when we need some help they do not solve anything, they do not inform the students properly about the student service and the financial thing is a waste .....

I've been looking for documents for my autistic daughter for three months. I can't do it at all. She has already missed two job opportunities and will miss the third. Nobody answers. The document is a must of the faculty. Super upset with irresponsibility and unwillingness to solve the problem.

Without words, I can not describe how bad the attendance of the unimonte ... I've called 14 times to solve the same problem, every hour I get different information, and to get the recordings of the calls for you to process them, you have to know the day and the time you called ... that is, they make it difficult at all. Excellent teachers, but the disorganization of the college is absurd, no one helps you in anything and as a student always gets hurt! terrible!

I can't say about teaching, but when it comes to financial assistance, it's not pleasant. Wanting to pay the monthly fee and not being able to talk to someone who actually solves the mistakes made internally. The recording says that the service will be in 4 minutes after 3 minutes and so on, then start to increase until reaching 10 minutes surprising ..... At some point maybe improvement.

Lack of organization and lack of respect for students. They made wrong charges when I was a student and I almost lost my scholarship because of that, I had to send judicial notification. I do not recommend Unimonte to anyone.

I'm a student and fellow at ProUni.
I like Unimonte, I like the service, I like the people (students and teachers), I can say that I don't see anyone complaining about the college, CAA is becoming more specialized and updated. The few times I had to file an application with the college, I was answered right away.
I can make an appointment to talk to teachers / coordinators, I have easy access to teachers, the college gives the easiest access to the portal ...
Among other GOOD things that UNIMONTE represents to me ...
It's no use me talking, because each one owns and knows where is the best place to study ...

'If you are looking for a college that can do what you want in class and beyond, you should not study at UNIMONTE, because there, all are serious, want to study and do not blah blah in bar'

College trash, totally divergent information and TOTAL neglect with the student.
I would not advise anyone at all, it was years of life thrown away.

It is a great college, however, the customer service is horrible and they don't care if we are able to pay for the course, they do not give any financial support to those who need it, they need to improve more and give more importance to those with low income.

Do not answer the phone! They do not want to answer! Minutes and hours on the phone just listening to the "sorry" from the virtual attendant "edu". TERRIBLE! I MARKED A STAR FOR MISSING NONE!

I THINK ABOUT THE VALUE OF A PA TEST (ALTERNATIVE TEST) R $ 30,00 REAL, IF YOU STAY IN TWO, R $ 60,00 REAL, ASK FOR A DECLARATION AT THE CAA R $ 15,00 REAL. EVERYTHING GOES OFF, I THINK THE VALUE IS ABUSIVE TOO MUCH !! I FINISHED MY COURSE IN 2015, AND NOW IN 2018 MY NAME WAS TO SPC, UNIMONTE IF YOU WANTED THE DELICACY OF NOTIFYING ME, STILL TOLD ME THAT THE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING! THEY SIMPLY JUST SENT MY CPF TO THE SPC. FINANCIAL DISAPPOINTED!

The institution is TERRIBLE, uncompromised teachers !!!

I don't recommend anyone to college, long overdue subjects (15 years ago, at least in IT), outdated teacher, college only focuses on money, not student. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Lousy service, people unprepared in service. I am a former student graduated from UNIMONTE, I need my graduation documents, and S.Judas doesn't know where they are? They claim q went to another city, and need time to search and return MY documents !!! This process is more than. 8 months, I already missed the opportunity to do a Post-Graduation, because, I can't prove that I'm graduated. Total neglect with former students of Unimonte, where I was very happy, but unfortunately those who should excel in EDUCATION and RESPECT for people, have no idea what that is. I am still waiting for my documents (Graduate Diploma and History).

The service at the CAA is terrible. I almost lost my funding because of wrong information. They are very well trained to defend the faculty and say that we are not entitled to anything.

The service is horrible, I received two wrong information about the value of the corporate agreement and because of that I had to pay the entire amount in February and they don't care, it was their mistake and they couldn't do anything about it, they need to better train your employees !!!

I can't complain about the teachers and I also think the school's infrastructure is very good, but I come to express my indignation with the student service! I am a grad student in the Accounting course and have been trying for about 1 YEAR to solve problems in my grade.

Excellent structure, incredible teachers, but do not meet the request of students, such as turning off or raising the temperature of the air, or change the room when the floor does not have a toilet. ex: room 401 of b4, we stayed the whole semester asking that we go to some room with better access through the class to have many girls, and we were not listened to.

There is a lack of more comfort in the classrooms and more options for canteens within the Campus. The teaching is reasonable, the wi-fi is good but not excellent.

Total rest with the students, the course coordinator is terrible at providing services. Try to talk to an attendant and stay 50 minutes on the cell phone or in the chat and when they answer they do not know how to inform anything and keep passing the problem on.
