This college has terrible customer service.
I am a grad student in the Accounting course and have been trying for about 1 YEAR to solve problems in my grade.
I have already talked to staff in student service and the course coordinator has already scheduled and participated in meetings - he said he would solve it and nothing was done, last time last semester he said he would take a look, he would do anything for me finish the course this semester (I am in the last semester and in my curricular plan I have subjects that should have already been eliminated by equivalence and the rest I could advance now) and asked me to come back this semester to speak to him again and now, at after the holidays, i heard that he was transferred to another unit and did not solve my problem.
Whenever I call - since I transferred to the institution - it's a delay to answer (today I called to try to schedule another meeting with the new coordinator, the automatic message said that the waiting time was 38 MINUTES), when I got the same answers varied from employee to employee.
I have been trying to solve my problem for 1 YEAR, I am still paying for college and nothing is solved. This college has terrible customer service.
