I can't complain about the teachers and I also think the school's infrastructure is very good, but I come to express my indignation with the student service! I am more than 20 minutes trying to speak by phone with the CAA attendants and I can't, but if I call like who is going to enroll in the institution, I will be attended to in less than 1 minute.
I understand that you tend to give a better service to those who are entering college but leave a student more than 20 minutes waiting to solve a problem and call us muggles!
