Located in the 2nd floor, near the AMC theater just past the food court. It's smaller than what we grew up with, but I really like the design of the store. It's as much a destination with the kids as a place to shop for toys. "Kids" can try things out before you buy. Kids can be themselves!

Dont waste your time. You can find better toys at target. To start off the store is very small. They don't have allot of options as far as toys. It looks nice that's about it. Its a waste to even open the store up.

The store is really small, and the selection of toys is not that great (maybe b/c they're still new?) They have screens with an online catalog, but if a kid goes to a toy store, they want to leave with a toy. My son was really excited to go, he was happy, and we did buy a toy, but do not expect it to be like the original stores. Also, why have a Lego section, when the mall has a Lego store, which is such an awesome store? Maybe use the space for something else?
I can't wait to go. Christmas is gonna be easier now.
We drove all the way from Long Island NY, hoping they will have a huge variety of toys like before especially Transformers. The store is very small and very limited toys. NO Transformers (or any Hasbro) at all. Target and Walmart have better selections. We were very disappointed...it's a waste of gas and money.

Toys r us is back and better then ever. Now you can relive your past and embrace your future with a wide selection of things to play with and collect. There is only 2 locations in the usa right now and this one is in paramus nj at the westfield mall. Welcome back kid!
An incredibly smart decision on TRU brands to bring back Toys R Us in this smaller form factor. Cant help but smile knowing my childhood go to spot is making a comeback and that I'll be able to bring my kids!

For what it is it's great to see them back. I'm saddened knowing that in my childhood this used to be a store at least 20 times larger than this with many choices to select from.

Absolutely disappointing on so many levels. We drove an hour and a half to get here and it's an absolute joke. The store is tiny, has a very small selection, and is just one big publicity stunt. This is no larger than any KB toys used to be in the mall. Never again.

Great to see the revamped concept of this brand. The store is very well organized (despite the crowd) fun and has a lot of experiences for kids.

The new store layout offers a smaller and more intimate experience with their interactive stations, such as Lego, Nintendo, Nerf, Kinetic Sand, and Geoffrey's Tree House. The only drawback is that the tree house is bare inside so it doesn't really spark children's imagination or creativity. They should do something about that, otherwise, I love the new store. The store is limited with toys due to the spaced needed for the interactive activities. If you're looking for a wide selection of toys, this is not the place to go. Personally, I love the smaller interactive Toys R Us better than the old big box stores because they were huge and overwhelming with the amount of choices for toys. With the new store, what caught my attention was the Steiff plush display. I was surprised to see the plush animals since Steiff is known as a luxury toy brand. Overall, it's a great place to go for an intimate experience without the headache of a big box store.

Very small store as the others mentioned. We spoke with one of the brand ambassadors and he mentioned it was designed that way to give a more intimate approach. I have a 5 year old boy and he struggled to find a toy he would like or that was age appropriate. Nothing like the old store, but I am giving 4 stars for the attempt they are making to come back!
Laughably bad store. Toys R Us was famous for being "the biggest toy store there is!" Now the only thing that I can say is "big" about the store is the level of dissapointment that it provides. Incredibly small selection of toys. Employees did their best to be helpful, but why do I need to order toys from them online when I'm at their store? They'll have more than their half dozen different Paw Patrol toys there by next week, which is funny, cause Amazon had it at my doorstep in 2 days. Also they waste their space on a mediocre Lego section, when there is an actual Lego store 150ft away . 3 times visited, 3 times dissapointed. I'll return to shop there next October, when it's a Spirit Halloween store.
They really need to look at how Camp toy store is doing interactive toy store - because Camp blows this place away. My son was so disappointed by the store. I was really looking forward to it but it was eh

The dirt-sand makes weird smells and not much toy options actually. They got kid play yard, Lego practice, nerf shooting board and Nintendo station.

Nicely laid out store. Not overly large but, very colorful, well stocked and with a few things that can entertain the little ones. Next to the AMC IMax theater.

Not like the original Toys R Us, very small and not a lot of variety of toys like they use to have, very small amount of mostly wanted hot toys, no bikes, skate boards, or wagons , can t see it lasting long.

This store is small and the boutique experience they re going for really doesn t work. Their interactive areas feel like an afterthought because the kids can t really interact with them. The paw patrol area is a rocket with cars lined up around it. The Nerf area has a shooting range but no guns to shoot. There is a giant tree the kids can take a staircase into but all they find in the tree is an empty platform, my son came down after 30 seconds complaining there was nothing up there. If these interactive experiences are what ToysRUs is hoping will draw kids instead of a wide selection of toys then they ll probably go out of business again. We were hoping to come in and buy some Beyblade toys like we do at Walmart. We came in excited but left disappointed and more importantly empty handed. Now I need to drive to Walmart to actually buy a toy.

Surprisingly nice. Not the old store in volume but nice brand sections with hands on experiential spaces. Cute kids interactivity areas. They should definitely bring back their house brands though.

Im giving this 5 stars because I am very happy that Toys R Us is back! Seeing a long line que of people waiting to go inside proves that a lot of people are also happy to see it back again. This location is very small and only has a very limited selection of toys.
I am hoping that after the owners/management see the huge demand, they will open up a full sized store with a full selection of toys.

Target has more toys in a half of isle then this store...I walked in as asked the lady where the store is..She said this is it..1hr ride for nothing ..there were 5 people in there ..

This Toys R Us has a really limited selection of brands compared to the old one. For example there were no Frozen 2 toys. The layout is nice and well organized and they have a cool nerf firing range!
I am so happy to see Toys "R" Us make a comeback. When I was little, I went to the Times Square location in New York and there were ROBOT DINOSAURS, which I was pretty scared of. When I heard it was closing down, I was kinda sad, not that I'm professionally affiliated with Toys "R" Us, but it was still sad because there was hole in my heart, but now it's open, and everyone's happy!

A more than iconic toy store, also iconic, if as a child you dreamed of that toy that you never had here you can buy it because each toy is a dream and if you can dream it you can achieve it. You can also find a variety of drones of all types, legos, stuffed animals, scale planes to build and paint, all kinds of emblematic dolls and much more ...

This new version of Toys R Us is what the former leadership of the once public company should have done.... Scaled down to smaller size shops inside malls, and set up shop in shops with well known toy brands. This location is new, with a small playground in the middle... Service is ordinary, and the selection of toys is limited but good enough.
The selection of toys is very small. I went for the nostalgia and was hoping to find Transformers. They had LOL, Lego, Nintendo and Star Wars.
