It's a great time to visit the Tower as it is now open again after lockdown but without the usual numbers of tourists. Not all of the locations are currently open as they couldn't meet COVID safety standards but all of the outdoors along with the Crown Jewels and the White Tower, you may have to join a short queue for these. To attend you have to buy tickets in advance and select a timeslot, they don't seem to be too strict with the time though as I got there half an hour early and was let in ok. On the whole I think they are really glad to have visitors back, don't forget to take face coverings for the indoor sections.

The Tower of London is amazing! We spent 4 hours there and saw everything. Allow enough time to do it justice. Get there before opening time as the queues get long very quickly and if you have booked online, make sure you print it out before you get there to save standing it a long queue. I loved the Tower!

It is a museum which has 105-carat Kohinoor diamond along with other Crown jewelleries. They do guided tours with detailed explanation of the palace. The guided tour is included aas the part of the admission ticket. We can also watch Change of the guards in the afternoon and meet the Ravens in the premises.

Spent over 4 hours here and it was a great day! The beefeater yeoman tour is a must, they are very good at keeping you engaged with all the stories plus funny. There is so much to see here, the Crown Jewels, the armour, the view, the welsh guards. If your in London I highly recommend!

Great photo spot, always worth a visit if your in this part of London, will be busy, it's good to see if a boat is coming in / out unless your in the car, then expect a decent wait! Leads to a nice walk up / down the river

Disappointed with the support staff involved in the armistice rembrance event. They didn't have consideration for people who wanted to take time to reflect and remember loved ones. We were headed round the event like cattle!

Perfect time to visit the Tower! Very few people, we went right when it opened, and it was a perfect day. We explored a new area that we haven't been in before, residence over the traitors gate, and it was fantastic. The only downside with COVID visits is that not everything is open to access. Looking forward to our next visit. Great day to walk around and sit on the river just outside the exit and watch boats and Tower Bridge.

They closed due to the outbreak which I 100% understand, but they didn't give an option for a refund for the tickets. instead they said they would honor it for a year, or they would keep the money. For someone who was planning to visit from outside the country, this was very disappointing.

The guided tour made my day!

The guided tour made my day!
There was a free guided tour with a beefeater called Mark. He was both hilarious and informative and had a gift for drawing the crowd in as well as narrating the gruesome and bloody history of the Tower of London. After the tour I walked in and saw the Crown Jewels. I was warned about the lines to the jewels, but it took me less than 5 minutes after entering the building to get to the regalia.
Definitely a great stop.

Great history here. I highly recommend participating in the included guided tour. There is a lot to see here and has good picture opportunities and a good view of the tower bridge as well. A must see for any visitors!

Amazing, incredible building and history. Take a guide to get all the experience, be ready to walk and stop a lot. The queue for the Crown jewls is massive, do this the last thing of the day, so you don't waste all time there.

This is an amazing place . It was started In 1067 by the Normans after their conquest. It is a Central point in British history. It shows a lot of changes over the centuries. It is a must see for visitors to London.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed visiting the Tower of London. It's a little pricey to get in, but there is a lot to see once you're in. I highly recommend doing the free tour. It was very entertaining and it oriented us to what and where everything is. After that you can wonder around and do whatever you like. You could easily spend hours here.

Went with my grandson, got in early so no queue for the crown jewels. Really good so much to see and especially liked the group of actors engaging the visitors about life as a prisoner in the time of James the first. Highly recommended. good day out.

Obviously this place is full of history, just walking the battlements and looking round the towers is fantastic. Each tower contains an exhibit of some kind - old weapons, torture devices, videos and what not. Then you've got the crown jewels, gaudy for my taste but certainly worth a look. Then there's the armoury in the central White Tower including the armour of several kings and all kinds of swords, pole arms, cannons and whatnot. I thought it was a little overpriced when I bought my ticket, but there is so much to see and do it's well worth it. Highly recommended.

Yes, well.. the Tower? What is not to like about it? The massive, massive queues. Wanted to see the Crown Jewels but decided against it when seeing the queue that wrapped around about three times.
But the collection in the White Tower is definitely first class. Great place, one star less for the queues.

Very interesting historical day out. It's amazing to see items that date back hundreds of years and were used by kings of old. Very good value for money too, ticket prices were honestly priced.

Loved it ! So much history. It's better to buy your tickets online as they are more expensive at the gate. You are going to a place that has over one thousand years of history. You literally can spend a whole day at this attraction I also attended the crown jewels which was part of my ticket - a must see ! It gets very busy so the line ups can be a bit long. However it is a wonderful family friendly thing to do. It's also by the River Thames so when you are done you could go for a nice stroll by the boardwalk. There is also cafes inside and free wifi.

One of the places which definitely have to be on your list when visiting London! Absolutely worth it - especially when you also join one of the free tours which are offered! Have been here twice, the tour wasn't the same, so I saw different places - and both times very funny as well!

Amazing! Be sure to go straight to the crown jewels as the line up is long but it does go at a reasonable pace. The cafe was great too and it's right next to London bridge so that was convenient

Went at night with the family to see the ceremony of the keys. Great experience, enjoyed the commentary by one of the yeoman of the guards. Would definitely recommend the experience to everyone although you have to book well in advance as it is completely FREE!!

Crazy queue for the crown jewels. Saw the royal crown and few gold jewellery used by the royal family in the past. Tower stairs were windy and many so beware if you've got people who can't really walk much. Great history. Performances are catered more to children.

Home of the Crown Jewels and the Royal gold and precious stones collection. Always better to start her and to then move on to other sites in this attraction, to save time. Once you have done this, you can then head to the Tower Bridge. Highly recommended. Credit cards accepted. Please look out for 2 for 1 discounts, if you travel on South West trains. Ask at ticket counters for more information.

Be prepared for a good few hours of total enjoyment, so much to see & do, a tour is definitely recommended & the yeoman make it all very enjoyable with their abundance of knowledge. We will definitely be back for more.

So much fun and educational to boot! We used the audio guides to avoid the crowds of folks that were walking with the Yeoman Warders. Family audio pass was 14 pounds, and we used them for four hours! Highly recommend!
