The attraction is lovely but customer support is non existent.
For some reason my tickets were all booked for different days even though it was all one transaction.
No phone numbers for the public, phone number on the tickets can't be reached on the weekends when the majority of people need it.
Technical support doesn't have authority to fix the issue ..
Ridiculous.

It was so good!! Got to touch a starfish, see some rays up close and they splash you the seal show was THE BEST EVER! So funny and you can see the seals are really well looked after, they get lots of fish as rewards which is really nice to see. The girl doing the show did a really great job. I would happily recommend too a friend !

Considering that we live on an island continent , boasting our marine and aquatic species , also boasting our beautiful country , it was alright but very , very small , not that presentable or clean , Thailand sealife is 7 to 8 times the size with sooo much more to see and so much more care given to the animals...

Our young family loves Sea Life Mooloolaba, especially the touch pool. We've seen the different shows and loved watching the rays being fed. And of course, laughed at the seal show.y kids also love the jellyfish in the dark with the luminescent jellies.

Great value & well worth a look. Especially booking online which gives you discount & immediate entry in lieu of lining up like cattle at opening time. Plus, u can donate a $ or 2 to help support Sea Life projects. Small suggestion is to move all the kids entertainment to one area as it detracts from the experience.

Not that much to see for older children. I wouldn't bother taking teenagers here. If you've ever seen a seal trick show you've seen this one. Underwater tunnel was interesting but would be miserable in peak periods. No turtles anywhere.

It's been years since I've Been to Sea Life (was Underwater World when I took my kids) Once again, brought my kids and their kids to visit and everyone had a fabulous day. So much for the little ones to see and do. Naturally, the Seal show was the highlight of the day. We all just loved it.

Good

Honestly unless you're not going to the Gold coast as well, this place isn't worth it. SeaWorld has so much more to offer. Sea Life is cramped and very small. Will take you about 2hrs including the seal show to easily see everything

Very enjoyable and educational visit. Particularly enjoyed the shark dive. Top class instructors felt very safe. Layla our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the fish feeding experience! We wish Loyd the wrasse a speedy recovery and hope to see him next time we visit.

It's shame large animals are kept in smallish tanks but overall the experience is enjoyable. We did the behind the scenes tour to see the sea Turtles rescue centre but they didn't have any in that day. We were 3 adults and we enjoyed the time spent.

Tired, old and over priced. Would be worth half the amount we paid to go see it, and we paid the online discounted price. Compared to Kelly Tarlton s in Auckland, is well below par. The kids were disappointed.

When the kids wanted to do this I was like kill me now another boring theme visit. Ummm this place was FABULOUS!!! Glad I didnt say anything out loud as I would have been eating my hat. I had a Miss 6 year old and Miss 2 year old and ot was so interactive. The seal show was hilarious and runs rings sround the seal show at seaworld! These guys are so well organised and so much to see and do the kids were truly tuckered out afterwards. They have this amazing play centre at the end where the kids played for ages while Me and Dad had a much needed coffee!!

Brilliant!! Hats off as you have converted a theme park hater into a preacher of your fabulous venue!!

Really enjoyed the visit. Highlights were the seal performance, walking underneath the shark tank, and the touch ponds where we could stroke a starfish. Better signage is needed to be able to find areas, eg, for the penguin talk, and the coffee area could do with being air conditioned. Very friendly and helpful staff.

What a great place to check out sealife, the place was much bigger than it looked outside, was very free flowing and had alot if big fish and huge tanks, it was abit old and could use some love and maybe a few more shows

We visited while holidaying in Noosa. We went on a Saturday and it was a terrible experience. They packed so many people in, you were barely able to see any of the aquariums. It was literally shoulder to shoulder. My daughter has autism and the crowd was way to much for myself let alone her. We were literally there for half an hour, definitely not worth the $90 admission fee!
