Great place to visit with family. I have been visiting this place since I was young, I highly recommend it.
Great place to visit with family. I have been visiting this place since I was young, I highly recommend it.
My first time there. And first time in sunshine coast as well. Pitty i have to go back to Adelaide soon
Absolutely awesome. And very good staff. We had a service dog with us and they took the time to exspain everything to us. Top marks guys. Be back again soon.
It is a great experience for the whole family. Take a glimpse a seals doing tricks and sharks swimming over your head. Do not pass up an opportunity to go to SEA LIFE!
Great exhibits to keep young and old entertained and educated about a wide range of aquatic creatures
Great place to take my 2 year old son! Though he was a bit disappointed there weren't any turtles (his favourite animal), he enjoyed watching the sharks and stingrays swim over the top of the tunnel (once he was used to it and not scared anymore).
Really good to take the kids...so educational and exciting for them!
Nice day out. Learnt alot. Nice boardwalk with restaurants to get lunch afterwards.
The seal show and jellyfish exhibits are outstanding
Some interesting sea life but very poor signage - good activites for kids but as an adult, I found myself asking what I was looking at. The themed areas are well thought out but flow between them very poor - it would be chaos when busy.
Systems and staff were unhelpful.
Expensive for the experience - definitely time for the operators to put some more money back into the facility.
Wish it was bigger, very child orientated almost to the point where it was unenjoyable for adults that didnt bring kids
A great big thankyou to Shannon and Annie who were our instructors on the shark dive.
This is the second time we have enjoyed this dive and these two staff made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.
Highly recommended, thanks guys!
Darren,Jason,Tim and Tiarna.
I adore the sea dragons and seahorses. The jellyfish walk is amazing. Kids are wowed by the eels and huge crabs. I used to love the otters most but I understand that they needed a better life in a bigger enclosure. The huge tunnel with sharks and rays swimming above you is very awe inspiring.
Not as much to see as there was back when it was Underwater World, food is very expensive. Still worth a visit
Fun for a visit. The shows are always fun and entertaining. The upgrades they have completed look great. Kids will love it.
Price has gone up from 10 years ago but not much else has changed.
Suxh a wonderful place, lovely staff and beautiful sea life
Love this place, staff are amazing seal are pretty cute too x x
Excellent place for kids. We took our 18month old daughter and she absolutely loved it, so did we of course.
We enjoyed looking at all the animals, make sure you don't miss the seal presentation, only took us a couple of hours to get round but every one had fun
Good for the kids..getting to touch starfish was a bonus..nice interaction with the kids..lots of displays..show is great..family favorite was the dark room with jelly fish..
Great spot to spend a half day. Seal show is fantastic. Interactive things for kids to do. Indoor playground and cafe too.
Great place for kids to see sea creatures and fresh water creatures up close.
Parking is a problem with the inspectors marking your tyres with chalk as soon as you pull up...
Lovely staff and some beautiful marine life.. But at 150 for a family for a place that can be comfortably done in an hour it's a bit steep.. Better of heading to Australia zoo or alike..
Had a very enjoyable time here with the family. The seal show really was the highlight.
Sea Life was amazing! We absolutely loved it! So enjoyable.
Not worth the price especially when theres not a lot to look at
Great experience, beautiful aquarium enclosures and variety. Loved the seal show.
Great place awesome staff and great displays working towards a better future for sealife highly recommend.
I quite liked sea life. It's educational as well as interesting with some entertainment thrown in which was short but enjoyable. I would visit again
It was a great half day trip though disappointed with the Behind the Scenes tour. There were no turtles with the Behind the Scenes turtle tour. While that is great for the turtles, I feel they should have told us this and offered our money back.
Pretty good could be bigger but overall good half day out for the family
Such a fun day out. We also booked and paid for the shark and Ray snorkel which was simultaneously terrifying and exhilarating. If you want to leave and come back in the same day they also stamp your hand to allow you back in. I'd recommend booking your tickets in advance and doing the shark snorkel which was not as expensive as I expected. Also, the seal show, which is included in the cost of your ticket, is funny and entertaining so make time to see it!
Take it slow it's not very big but kids will love it
Displays are excellent- the staff are super friendly
A great aquarium and we loved the seal show. Great fun for young and old.
A good experience that is value for money. The seal show is especially good. However, there is a lot of tacky fibreglass stuff around, both in the tanks and out, and in places there are placeholder walls etc, and this gives the attraction an unfinished feel.
Quite small but still an enjoyable experience. Only took about an hour to see everything. Staff are friendly and the free digital photos are a great memento.
Great Aquarium, very clean and the seal show is lots of fun to watch. There was a bit of work going on when we went so some exhibits were closed to the public which is definitely something I'd look at before going next time. Entertainment vouchers brought the cost down for us which was fantastic, overall a great way to spend the day with the family.
This place is really quite fun! Plenty of sea life to explore. Could definitely do with some crocodiles, but can't complain. Would recommend, especially for young kids and anyone young at heart.
A great experience, but not a huge amount of things to see. 3 hours is enough time to do most things. There's only 3-hour parking on the premises.
We had a great time. There was so much to see. The seal show was fun and the variety of sea life amazing. We took two kids and they haven't stopped talking about it.
Enjoyed a couple of hours looking at all the beautiful sea animals. Seal show had always been a favourite since I was a child.
Interactive and fun for all ages.
Took our grandson and he loved it. A great morning out.
So much fun! Amazing displays and information. Our girls loved the seal show and the ocean tunnel. Fantastic place!
Make sure you go to the seal show, keen to try the behind the scenes option next time. Loved it.
Visited on a rainy Sunday. Long queue to enter. Make sure you buy tickets on line as you can take a short queue to get it. Print out what you can as this will make it all go faster. Good exhibits but not many talks and shows. Best to arrive at opening at 9.00 am and be prepared to stay till 2.00. You can buy basic takeaways inside or bring your lunch with you. Don't miss the seal show. Good photo service costing $30 each and 3 for 2 deal. Group photo on entry was good too. Try to park in an unlimited spot. Otherwise apparently the 3 hour parking is monitored. I recommend a visit though as it's good value for money compared to the theme parks.
Grandkids loved it
Great and funny show with the seals
Well organized
Photo package at the end soo lovely
So fun! Kids and big kids had a ball! Lots to do and see!
Good to see the variety of sea life... Place is trying to keep up to date but not very entertaining otherwise... Cafe pretty ordinary
Lacks a bit 'liveliness'
It was a fun place for kids. :) we enjoyed the seal show! :)
Great place. Fantastic exhibits. Wish they had a way to upgrade from the RACQ discounted tickets to the Annual Pass because they would have made 2 sales today if they did. Would also love to see some things like plastic forks replaced with more environmentally friendly options. Overall however this place does good work.
Parking was a nightmare. There was advertisement on the walls about turtles but we did not see any. Although we did enjoy seeing the seals and penguins, and our 7yo loved touching the starfish. The staff were pretty friendly.
Tickets were a bit over priced and parking was terrible. There isn t any parking and we had to go several streets away to find parking. The Aquarium is nice and we liked the seal show, but I wouldn t go again because parking takes hours.
Wonderful experience, the seal show was amazing. Highly recommended
Great services and great experinces, plenty of options for lunch nearby or within the establishment
We love this under water world gets better every time we go there. so many different fish. And the sea lion show was lots of fun.
Spent half a day here and saw some cool sea life and the seal show. I thought the staff were very friendly also.
Pricing was a little high. There were some renos going on at the time I went but it did seem like there were much less sea life than I have seen here before. Probably have half as many fish and sharks than I remember last time in the underground aquarium. Also the moving walkway was removed from the underground aquarium which is unfortunate. I would like to see more jellyfish in the jellyfish exhibit and bring back the otters.
Extremely overpriced. It was an enjoyable, educational experience which is great for kids, but the price isn't worth it unless you get a discount. Only went because i got one ticket for free through Maccas Monopoly. Even still one adult ticket for $40 is crazy. Staff were really friendly.
Great family outing
Worth a visit
Good for young and old visitors
Pricing is good too. Must see the shows :-)
Be sure to check how many exhibitions are closed. Family passes on line are not offered at reception for the same price - more expensive. No one in line and it took 3 staff members to get us in - rude and incompetent Audrey, Sam and David.
Awesome!! Our kids loved the Seal show and the jellyfish
