Great attraction but information and process around admission poorly managed. Make sure you get there early and note only tickets purchased via actual Sea Life website will get you into a SHORTER queue. Don't expect to walk straight in.

Probably a little overpriced if I am honest, luckily we had the entertainment book discount, but even then it's not 'cheap'. It's a decent enough aquarium and they have done it quite well and great if you want the sea life on the Sunshine Coast, but I prefer Sea World Gold Coastbfor the value and similar style, plus you get way more.

It took about 90 minutes taking our time, got alsoto see the Ocean Tunnel tour (15mins) and the Sea Lion/seal show both enjoyable and interesting. The seal show was well done and entertaining. They do try to get you to purchase all the usual extras, felt like they wanted more from you ever step for donations or behind the scenes or photos etc. Be aware that the tunnel with acrylic 'glass' gives you motion sickness of sorts, due to the curves. Glad we went, but won't be rushing back.

Too expensive for what you get. Shows are only short and they don't have as many animals as most other sea theme parks. They removed the travelator for under water viewing. Would be a very expensive and disappointing trip for travelers.

Overall a good place to take curious children - a little disappointed that I couldn't have both children in the seal photo (14yrs and 21mths. I couldn't afford another $39)
Parking took a while to find but if you're there early enough it shouldn't be an issue. We didn't get to see the seal show as it filled up very quickly so if you are keen for it make sure you get in early to sit down. Kids loved the tunnel and the play area.

Took my 4 year old today and found out they were having a promotion for kids to get in free. I was charged full price and when I asked them about the promotion I was told because I already paid full price and I didnt specifically ask for my kid to be free they would not refund my childs ticket. Just really dissapointed and doesn't seem very family friendly to me We wont be going back there again.

Fun place to visit. Lots to look at.

Only downside is the volume of the music that plays as you walk through. I have a son with Autism and he found it very overwhelming. It was even too much for me as the parent, you couldn't talk at a normal level. Water normally calms him but with the music it was just too much and we had to leave earlier than expected.

Overall it was still a good experience.

Small aquarium, however quite nice range. Needs air conditioning and/or more fans as in summer it can be very hot. Seal show was great. Seal swim was lovely. More time in the water would be ideal. Overall a very nice experience.

Very pleasantly surprised at just how interesting & enjoyable Sea Life proved to be. The talks & shows are great. Don't miss the Seal Presentation & the Ocean Tunnel tour they are both very informative & the Seal Presentation quite humorous.

If you haven't been there, it's an ok place to visit but you can see and do all the things here and much more at sea world and for about the same price. The best part is the location near mooloolaba which is more interesting than the sea life. It's way way too expensive for what you get and the kids fly through it all in an hour and get bored.

Nice seating options. Downstairs inside outside, upstairs inside outside. Upstairs is quieter. Service is on the ball. Portions are very big. The cuisine is a mix of Asian. Some like that style. The rice was unusual but tastie

I don't know how this place is rated so high. It used to be called Underwater world and back then it was great because it was for all ages. Now Sea Life appears to be for people 10 and under only. We went in the school holidays and It was way to hot due how many people were and there was no air conditioning. The hallways were so narrow and had to push past people to walk through. I think they legally had too many people in that day as it didn't appear the aquarium could hold that many people. It was hard to see any fish as there were a lot of people standing around them most of the time. I got a headache from how loud it was there as there was way too many kids. There were also no otters like there used to be and the whole thing was a big disappointment. Was not relaxing at all like it used to be. And was super smelly. In the tunnel the fish were also eating plastic which we had to alert staff about. There was also some fish that were injured in the tunnel with bite marks on them. There were also very little amount of sharks like there used to be. The tunnel used to be the best part but now it's gross and not relaxing at all. No music anywhere throughout the whole aquarium either so don't know why other reviews say there is. The floor as well in the tunnel doesn't move like it did many years ago. Total waste of money. Sea life in Melbourne is way better. Photos at the end were very expensive and my eyes were closed in the photo so no way I was buying that.

Thanks to the visit here we met the magical underwater world. The program of the day was also revived by a cheerful performance with seals. I was attracted to beautiful aquariums. Friendly staff, refreshments, and photos for memories. Thank you for having a nice time with you.

Great attraction (used to be underwater world), the seal show and seal swim was fantastic. Make sure you allow for time to find a park. Parking is a joke. Online customer service is a joke also. No contact number to ask a simple question only a 24 hour chat service that never seems to be available. And don't waste your money on buying the online link for photos. It doesn't work and Sea Life discard you to a third party and won't deal with you. Ironic that they are trying to encourage consumers to be weary of their disposable rubbish for marine life and their cafe is full of single use disposable rubbish when food could just be put on a plate.

We have always held an annual pass but now we probably won t renew. Management made a decision to change the closing time from 5pm to 3pm to save on costs. The change was not announced to pass holders via email or text and it s silly to close so early on weekends anyway. Not happy at all!

Wasn't impressed, price on website for family ticket was $100, get there and they wanted $122. They did drop it $102. Tried to get lunch at the cafe at 12:10 and basically told nothing but fish and chips left.

Was a good experience. Kids loved the Dory exhibit and activities. Was a little smaller than some aquariums I've been to, so it didn't take up as much of the day as I had hoped, but was still good.

It was a nice aquarium and the seal show was very well done. I also went and saw the Australian Freshwater Stream/River talk which was informative and fun to watch. It was a little smaller than other aquariums I have been to but would make a good day for a family by doing this, the nearby beach, and making a stop at the Ginger Factory in the next town over.

The first 2 times we visited it was great, the last time we went was just a bit boring - the had gotten rid of some animals and put in a playground which the kids were bored of very quickly and the show hadn't changed in years. Not sure if we would go back again

We (2 families with 5 kids under 11) went here the other day, the kids really enjoyed looking at all the fish, animals and they just loved collecting all the stamps in their books - all for a little prise at the end - nice and simple, stuff kids like.
We found all the staff friendly
