I hadn't been to this place in about 15 years..... What a day we had. Our two toddlers loved it (we could barely get them past the first viewing pool). The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning very soon.

I've been to Sea Life a few time over the past few years and have sadly watched it deteriorate. Slowly but surely the live biological/ecological displays have been getting removed and replaced with interactive games and entertainment for kids. They charge the same amount of money for provision of less relevant content. My advice is, don't waste your money.

Sea Life Aquarium is absolutely fantastic. Whilst I am against animals in captivity as I am a SCUBA Instructor I appreciate that it is a double edged sword and facilities like Sea Life really are the gateway for so many future marine biologists and advocates. The exhibits are well maintained and are very interactive. Our kids absolutely love visiting and are always asking when we can go back again. I would have no issue recommending Sea Life Mooloolaba to anyone that asked.

Just what you would expect to see.

Just what you would expect to see.
It's not a whole day thing but two or three hours. Before going buy your tickets online and pocket the savings I saved around $50

Well Over priced. Out dated and lacking attractions, nothing here really stands out and if you've ever been to Darling Harbour Aquarium or somewhere similar you just leave here feeling like you wasted your money. If You've never been to a good aquarium then this place would probably excite the snot out of you. But I just didn't feel like its value for money, I feel it's more aimed at the overseas tourists who think this is as good as it gets...

Fantastic experience and if you arrive early you can have great uninterrupted views. Good cafe there as well and easy to navigate. When you purchase a pass you can come and go as you please for the day.

Great place to take kids. However.... we missed out on seeing all of the shows because the amount of people allowed at the shows has been halved, but no increase to the amount of shows and show times to compensate for this, and allow for all the paying customers to actually get to attend the shows. Extremely disappointing!

It was great, the seal show is absolutely brilliant so make sure you see it. I did the behind the scenes tour and it was a really lovely little peek into how these places are run and the hard work they put into rehabilitating wild species. Lots of exciting stuff and a good day out for the cost.

Great displays but

Great displays but
- too expensive for a family
- confusing ticketing
- slow lineup to get in
- corridors are too narrow
- only takes 1.5 hrs to get through

Super dated and super hot. No air con except in the finding nemo area. Seal show was funny for the kids but had to leave early as we were sweltering. Nice exhibits and clean tanks. OK variety of fish. Parking can be a challenge but we went on a Saturday after Christmas.

$98 for myself and my two boys 5 & 6 in and out in half hour if your looking for a good cheap day out with the family I definantly would not recommend going to sea life maloolaba . Rip offs for sure will never go there again.

Was an okay experience but getting a park is really hard on the weekends (not a fun exercise when you are travelling with small kids) and I was also expecting the oceanarium to be much larger.

We had sooooo much fun! Definitely not just an experience for children. We loved how easy it was to navigate each sector and the new exhibits were amazing. Well priced and in a great spot. Amazing!

A terrific aquarium with big, big tanks, walk-through tanks, touch and feel pools and interactive events. Easy wheelchair access and a limited but pleasant cafe. Allow half a day to see it. Recommended.

A great place to bring the kids. Families young and old will have a blast not only seeing sea life up close and personal, but learning about how our actions affect our underwater friends and what we can do to make a change to better our environment. We were lucky enough to go when the Finding Dory experience was on and the kids loved seeing the real life versions of their favourite characters and learning about their habitat. Overall the venue is reasonably priced but doesn't offer much in the way of food, so definitely pack a lunch or wander outside to the wharf for lunch.

It s a more intimate experience than SeaWorld allowing you to touch some seas creatures and it cost three times less. It s located across from the beach and right next to an array of restaurants. The highlight and what I wasn t expecting is how many and how close you get to be with the seals, if that doesn t excite you what about an uncountable amount of sharks swimming right above you so close that only glass prevents you from reaching up and touching them.

Our two boys aged five and two really enjoyed the visit. Highlights were the touch tank and the interactive area with the turtles that flew up into tubes. We went in the morning and while the didn't want to sit for the Seal Show, that was a great time too grab a snack and play in the play area - they had the whole thing to themselves. Take socks for the play area.

This was a big win! My 4yo ASD girl, who loves anything aquatic, was more excited than a kid in a candy store! Great display's, not too many people, enough staff if you got lost. We loved the tunnel, and the links to Dory, Nemo and Octonaughts. :-D Cafe for lunch was a little limited for those fussy eaters, and the only meltdown happened when we had to leave! Entry price was good value for money, and as usual, the gift shop was expensive, but not unexpectedly so. Great visit! :-D
