Was a bit concerned after placing my order as I saw others had had problems, but whether I was lucky or whether they've been addressed, I had no problems at all - got confirmation of my order, notification of delivery and it arrived one day later than anticipated (not bad given all the covid delivery backups) and I'm happy with what I ordered!
Ordered a motherboard that was in stock. after a week of keeping me waiting they emailed that this item is not available for one more month. very unprofessional. it is all about numbers and no personal value
Basically a poor quality picnic table frame. This frame is quite flimsy and while it is pre-drill for lumber, it was very poorly designed. When using the lumber specified, we placed the center piece first. By the time you add the boards, from center to edge, they do not fit. The last piece of lumber (table top) is too far for one of the two pre-drilled holes. Consequently, the outside pieces of lumber only have 1 bolt holding them to the frame. Very poorly designed!
My package was delivered, to my neighbour. Apparently the fedex driver Left it at my neighbour's doorstep. Thank God I saw the truck and knew it was on its way so I was able to go to my neighbour's house and retrieve my package with my name and address on it. It did not fit the ironing board i purchased it for. It did fit another board in the house.. .
I got a good deal on a gift I got for my
boyfriend. They are always updating me one when it s delievered and you can track your packages. The one problem is I did a home delivery which took a little bit more time, but you can always manage how your package wants to be delivered.

These people do not know how to communicate. They email you a question. I respond, then 3 days later I email them back because they havent responded , then they respond with the same question saying they have no information. This company is a joke. I dont know how theyre still in business

I received the items but i do have a comment to make...when i was looking for the best price on these items, I found these items and on the website the picture depicted the ink cartridge with the Xerox box next to it and I purchased it because it had the xerox name. but it came in another brand box. which was a bit disappointing. I really want to ween myself from Amazon and decide to try ROKU. This was my first purchase through ROKU and now i'm a bit skeptical

I ordered a poopy pouch pet waste station kit from sears.com. I received the item and the only piece that came was the dispenser. It clearly stated on the website that it was the whole unit garbage can, pole and the dispenser etc. I called your customer service phone number. I talked to your customer service supervisor (Donna?) , she was very arrogant from the start saying it was a mistake and they did not have the product in stock to give me. They would have to refund my money and I have to return the product. I got off the phone and checked your website you did have the product in stock that was the same on sears.com the lady lied to me. So I called her back and told her about it and she said she could not honor it and could not send me the rest of the product I ordered. she was saying that it was a mistake. I told her it was false advertising, it was not my fault that it was the wrong price. Most stores honor there mistake. I worked in retail for over 10 years we always honor our pricing mistake. I am highly disappointed with my experience I ve had.
Maybe for some customers, they like their products/pricing, but in my ONLY experience this was BAD. I bought a Kingford charcoal grill and unknowingly received a Weber grill that same week as a gift. So what's the logical reasoning here? Return the item you paid for. Why not.
I contacted customer service and they said I either can keep it for roughly a seven dollar discount or return it AND I PAY SHIPPING. Why?? This Kingsford grill was never opened, in the box, still brand new. No longer needed.

Fast on delivery but the item came with no instructions on how to apply it. The skin did not fit my Chromebook as shown in the images big disappointment.

Ohh!! Horrible experience. Worst customer service. It's whole Scam. I order cordless handset online which they post the picture with 3 device in a set. I ordered it and it's come with one device. I ask for return and they said I have to pay for return which cost me more than the device. Littrally fooling the people. Don't buy anything from this kind of website. It's all scam.

Unfortunately they do not provide an exchange option so I had to send the first item I purchased back at a $21 expense. The item I ordered (a pole wrap for a basketball hoop) does not securely close and the velcro strips are on the wrong edges so they don't meet up. I am going to keep it and try to make it work because I don't want to incur another fee to return it. Not a great experience.

Item arrived damaged in numerous places. I've been trying to contact for over a week but no one seems to care. They finally emailed me back and can't even find my order despite me giving my name, email, and order and item numbers.
I have been shopping for over three solid months for a L-shaped computer desk because I have limited space on both sides. This was the only place I was able to find something that fit and it was affordable at a reasonable price. This same desk was sold @ Walmart and I was able to buy it from Unbeatable for a cheaper price.
I'm am happy to have the paper, credit cards, and staple shredder. However, when I put cards through the shredder, there's a burning smell that comes from the motor. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

Checked on the order status on 4-26-20 the est. ship date range was moved by Seller to between 5-1 to 5-10. I emailed Seller on 4-29 about why order was taking so long and found out the Seller DOES NOT CANCEL ORDERS - AND - the SELLER HAD AGAIN MOVED THE EST. SHIP DATE RANGE FROM 5-1 to 5-10 , TO 5-1 to 5-11. Totally unprofessional for Seller to move the est. ship date range without notifying the customer, totally unreasonable cancellation policy. RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS SELLER/VENDOR AND THAT THAT AMAZON SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM SELLING ANYTHING ON AMAZON WEBSITE. 1) still have not received - Item takes too long to ship 2) seller changes the ship date range, 3) and unreasonable cancellation policy

The grille I ordered is great. I love it. I only have one issue. The metal clips it came with was not the same as the ones I was using so I had to reuse my old ones. It was no big deal though since they were in good condition.

I ordered a new Nintendo Swith for $400 which is $100 over MSRP. A few days later they canceled my order and I saw it was listed for over $500. Now they have none. I guess a pandemic brings out the worst in everyone.

Ordered a beach chair with a canopy. It was as shown in the picture. It s a really good quality, not to heavy. The delivery was a little slow but all in all I give it a thumbs up for the price, quality, and customer service.
The picture of the described item did not match on Walmart's website. Went to unbeatablesale and talked to customer service whom politely answered my question. I asked if the item description was wrong or the picture. They were able to look it up and tell me the item description is correct but the picture was mismatched. Since this was an item I had scoured the internet for and has been sold out due to COVID-19 this had worked to my advantage. I asked for confirmation that it indeed was in stock as was able to order it. Delivery time was sooner than predicted and the customer service was very helpful. I feel safer now that I was able to obtain an RZ mask as most masks were 1-1/2 months out and RZ masks were nowhere to be found.
