Well, your website needs to be more specific about how many items are in a case. I ordered paper towel rolls - no where could I find out how many there were for the price listed. YAY me to receive 120 rolls of paper towels when I only wanted 10

I received my order but I was never provided with tracking info. I never knew it shipped. I didn't even know it had been delivered until my husband opened the front door to go outside. I like the price and delivery was fast but wish I was provided with tracking information so that I could have been on the lookout. Good thing the package was not stolen.

Due to Covid19 returns are not allowed, so I'm stuck with clothes I bought that don't fit.

Ordered two "Nuts & Bolts" caddy(s) that were advertised by Unbeatable Sales as weighing 30 each - a substantial weight that would intimate a certain level of quality substance to the items - NOT! They arrived and low and behold NOT 30 pounds each - instead 3.5 pounds each. When I called and spoke to "Donna" she actually said to me "well, you knew they were plastic." Hey, MISREPRESENTATION is just that - MISREPRESENTATION! Then, after explaining that I could not print a PPD return label, "Donna" messages me A FORM with instructions more complex than deciphering the elements of DNA - with the end-all - me to pay for the return to Unbearablesale. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Ladies and Gentlement - STAY AWAY FROM UNBEATABLE SALES!!! There are hundreds of companies out there who sell EXACTLY what this site sells and at lower prices - but you will get some level of honesty in advertising. Here, with unbeatablesales.com, you will get MISREPRESENTATION, BAIT AND SWITCH, ARROGANT AND OBTUSE WORKERS (Donna), AND A GENERAL LEVEL OF DISHONESTY. Got the correct product when ordering directly thru Unbeatable.

I have made two orders with them, and although one took longer than it said it would, they were both exactly as advertised, and I am happy with my purchase.

I'm only choosing 1 start because I can't leave it at zero. This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item on 12/13 and it said at the time of order in would be in 12/23. Before I ordered the item, I called to ask if I could get it expedited and the customer service rep said we can't expedite until the order is placed (duh). So I placed the order and called back and as directed to corporate to expedite the order. "Corporate" told me that they don't expedite orders. I called back I watched everyday to make sure that it was shipping and it didn't ship. I called again later in the week letting them know that it still hadn't shipped and was told that they were confident it would be there by the 23rd. I called again on 12/20 and was told that it hadn't shipped yet and it was coming from California, but it could get here before Christmas. NOW, I get an email stating it will NOT be in and WILL NOT ship out until after Christmas and will take NO LESS thank 5 business days. I wish I read the reviews from this company before ordering. What an awful company. Poor customer service. Just Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, nothing I can do. There is, don't lie to customers and make up for ruining their kids Christmas. Just a terrible company to deal with. And they don't care how they effect people at all.

** Update. I got an email stating that my item shipped and would be here on 12/27... But then I got an email that my order was cancelled. When I called "corporate" said it wasn't cancelled and that they would give me a 15% refund. OK, but not enough. So then I get the email about the refund but the Shipping date says January 12th!!! So I call the shipping company and give them the tracking number which isn't for my order! It's for a person in Maryland ordering a totally different item. So now my order may or may not exist and now one knows about my order or when it is coming.

This has been the most absolutely disrespectful experience with a business I've dealt with in my life. Just lie after lie after lie. Pathetic.

Received prior to expected date. Boxes are in good shape, so I'm hoping that the desk pieces will be in good shape to put together.

They advertised an item as a pack of 12. I ordered the pack and paid for it, but only a single one of the items was sent. The price I paid is far too high for only a single one of the items. They have no customer service # that I can call during the pandemic, and emailing them back and forth to get a refund has taken nearly a month thus far, with several unintelligible replies from them and no resolution yet.

Purchased an underwater pool art mosaic.

Price delivered was about $250.

Order arrived over a week late.

Item we purchased fell apart in less than 3 months.

Unbeatable refused to exchange or refund.

I used UnbeatableSale in order to get travel points through points for shopping, and none posted. Item was received, but this is the only reason I used this service.

Each purchase through this retailer has been so easy! Products are easy to browse through, prices are very competitive, shipping is quick!! One of my favorite places to shop.

Ordered 2 sets thinking it was a pair..my fault, but 1 of them, 2 of the holes weren't centered, so at least I had backup, just have to use them as spares.

If you see the attached listing and it clearly says PACK OF 6, would you not conclude if you order 1 you would get 6 units? Wrong!
This product can be bought at Lowes for $12 per can so I thought WOW, it really is an unbeatable deal! I ordered 2 cases and with shipping came to $54.15.
I received 2 CANS, not 2 "Pack of 6's" This would be more than DOUBLE of what I would pay at Lowes!
Clearly misleading listing! When I complained it took days for them to tell me the listing was a mistake.
Rather than just charging me for 2 cans at the price I was expecting to pay, they made me return the 2 cans.
Many emails later of me hounding them, I finally got my full refund after almost 3 weeks.
They have since clarified the listing, but how they treated me was terrible. I will NEVER order from these jokers again. Beware!

To be honest I was extremely leery to purchase from this site after reading many negative reviews...BUT like a moth to a flame, I could not resist the bargain!! I'm so glad I took a chance, I could not by happier with my purchase! SCAMMERS! Do not ever purchase anything from them. Stay away from items on Wish and avoid all contact. I was ripped off and they are refusing to issue any sort of refund for paper I purchased.

If you purchase anything from this company, and you need to return it for any reason, make sure you do it within 30 days, even if you re dying due to the virus! $38 down the drain, I could ve used the money to get groceries.

Everything went smoothly and the items arrived when expected.

I had ordered a product online. They never sent it out and did also not reply to my emails. when I called in more than a week later they said it was not delivered as it came up as fraudulent use of my credit card. Weird, because I have not received any email from them and my credit card is still charged with it... I will not try to buy there again.

I've been looking everywhere for availability of this Lysol Max Foamer coz it's been sold out everywhere with the pandemic going on and it's my favorite effective bathroom cleaner! This was the only place that had it so now I'm fully stocked for myself and my mom to clean house and it arrived on time! Happy customer!

The first time i ordered it was fine, but when I went to reorder the same item less than a week later, its price and the cost of shipping went up by $5. I wound up not making the second purchase, and I would be sure to price shop before placing an order with unbeatablesale.

They falsely advertise products and then give you a run around when you try to return. This is an extremely dishonest company and you should avoid at all costs. They resell through a couple of outline retailers .

I received updates about my order and I am thrilled with my order becasue it arrived in time for my Daughter's Anniversary.

Deserves no star review. I ordered something and cancelled it the same day. They would not refund the shipping or the cost for me sending it back. They managed to see the order but not the cancellation, so I am out $25. It is best never to order from them because the shipping is expensive and the items were higher than I could get elsewhere.

The product they sold us broke after 2 days. We've tried to contact them twice over the past week and haven't received any response.

I was able to easily purchase a Christmas tree stand that is no longer manufactured.

Worst customer relationship I ever had with a company. They wouldn't allow me to return a product because it was past 30 day. They didnt return my email until the 31st day. Not to mention in between the 30 days was Christmas and new years. They dont take into consideration holidays. If I could give a no star rating I would have.
