4-29-20, WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR ID SITE WOULD ALLOW. Amazon Order. 4-29-20. Ordered a bird feeder on 4-20-20, and the est. ship date range (at the time of order) was between 4-28 and 5-7. Checked on the order status on 4-26-20 the est. ship date range was moved by Seller to between 5-1 to 5-10. I emailed Seller on 4-29 about why order was taking so long and found out the Seller DOES NOT CANCEL ORDERS - AND - the SELLER HAD AGAIN MOVED THE EST. SHIP DATE RANGE FROM 5-1 to 5-10 , TO 5-1 to 5-11. Totally unprofessional for Seller to move the est. ship date range without notifying the customer, totally unreasonable cancellation policy. RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS SELLER/VENDOR AND THAT THAT AMAZON SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM SELLING ANYTHING ON AMAZON WEBSITE. 1) still have not received - Item takes too long to ship 2) seller changes the ship date range, 3) and unreasonable cancellation policy
