PuroClean hired Kyle Harper and Philip Bryant after the Hurricane Michael. They made lots of promises to them about the amount of work they had for them. They worked the first week of December and they were told they were no longer needed. Today is January 28th and neither one of them have been paid.
I have been working with PuroClean for many years and have always been impressed with the team at Headquarters, as well as with the many franchisees I have met throughout the years. Recently, I also suffered the consequences of water damage at my office, and PuroClean was there for me to help me every step of the way, until everything looked like new again. I'm very grateful to have had them to reach out to in a difficult situation. Their team was very professional and took care of everything. Highly recommended.
How does one file a formal complaint about a specific PuroClean franchise owner who is operating this commercial business in a residential neighborhood? The owners of said franchise have been ordered by their neighborhood HOA to remove their business from this neighborhood, because our neighborhood is not zoned for a commercial business. However, they have chosen to ignore the formal request from our HOA and remain in violation of the covenants and declarations for this neighborhood. In addition, these owners are also non compliant with city codes, designating that PuroClean does not qualify as a home business. Please note, that other home owners in this same residential neighborhood have been using the services of your competitor, SERVPRO. Please advise.
Michael from PuroClean came to my home to check water damage that occured. Michael directed me as to what to do to corrrct the problem. PuroClean is a trustworthy company. Honest and dependable.
The PuroClean in Muncie IN is terrible. They charge for things they don t do. They charge for things they don t use. We had 4 or 5 different people in charge of our job. One person would just stop showing up with no notice then a few days later someone else would show up and have to rip out what the last person did and correct it. Someone would show up to work be there a hour or two get a phone call and leave and not come back for a day or two. A job that should have taken a few months took over 6. We went for days with no one showing up and no one calling to let us know why. They damaged things, they said they would do things and never did. When asked about charges we were told that it was insurance money not our so don t worry about it. This is a shady untrustworthy company. AVOID AT ALL COST!! You won t be happy!! If I could give zero stars I would have.
