I had ordered a product online. They never sent it...

I had ordered a product online. They never sent it out and did also not reply to my emails. when I called in more than a week later they said it was not delivered as it came up as fraudulent use of my credit card. Weird, because I have not received any email from them and my credit card is still charged with it... I will not try to buy there again.
