I'm only choosing 1 start because I can't leave it at zero. This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item on 12/13 and it said at the time of order in would be in 12/23. Before I ordered the item, I called to ask if I could get it expedited and the customer service rep said we can't expedite until the order is placed (duh). So I placed the order and called back and as directed to corporate to expedite the order. "Corporate" told me that they don't expedite orders. I called back I watched everyday to make sure that it was shipping and it didn't ship. I called again later in the week letting them know that it still hadn't shipped and was told that they were confident it would be there by the 23rd. I called again on 12/20 and was told that it hadn't shipped yet and it was coming from California, but it could get here before Christmas. NOW, I get an email stating it will NOT be in and WILL NOT ship out until after Christmas and will take NO LESS thank 5 business days. I wish I read the reviews from this company before ordering. What an awful company. Poor customer service. Just Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, nothing I can do. There is, don't lie to customers and make up for ruining their kids Christmas. Just a terrible company to deal with. And they don't care how they effect people at all.

** Update. I got an email stating that my item shipped and would be here on 12/27... But then I got an email that my order was cancelled. When I called "corporate" said it wasn't cancelled and that they would give me a 15% refund. OK, but not enough. So then I get the email about the refund but the Shipping date says January 12th!!! So I call the shipping company and give them the tracking number which isn't for my order! It's for a person in Maryland ordering a totally different item. So now my order may or may not exist and now one knows about my order or when it is coming.

This has been the most absolutely disrespectful experience with a business I've dealt with in my life. Just lie after lie after lie. Pathetic.
