The company gives off a sense of "favoritism" amongst it's employees, offering hours to those willing to deal with the harsh conditions, over those needing the hours. Under harsh work conditions, ex. summer heat, they didn't offer their Ramp Agents water to hydrate. We were notified by the pilots NOT to load planes past a specific baggage line, due to fire codes, but Management had us do so regardless. They were willing to cut corners, no matter which regulations they broke, just to make money and save money
