Very disappointed. Wandered for 20 minutes trying to find a product and couldn't find anyone to ask. Lo and behold, the two girls shopping and having a great time were actually staff and had just been blatantly ignoring everyone- I didn't even know they worked there till I saw the walkie talkies. When I got to the checkout I tried to redeem the birthday gift but couldn't find the email, and the cashier didn't know how to navigate the app to tell me if the code was available there. As I'm searching, the girl asks me to step out of line. I've been part of the rewards program for 10+ years, you can't see when my birthday is and that it hasn't changed? You can't hand me a stupid mascara sample without asking me to step aside? I chose to just continue with the purchase and miss out. Not the best customer service.
