In my case they helped me with a Tier 2 General visa application from within the UK (change of employer).

On an occasion, UK Migration Lawyers did ask me for some documents that seem were not needed, such as an address history where I've been since all time in the UK. I just provided a proof of address from my current address and this was sufficient.

When my application was approved, my documents were returned to UK Migration Lawyers. When this happened they asked to my future employer where they (my future employer) wanted to send the documents. Of course my future employer said they should be sent to me. I hope this was a mistake and an one-off situation, and that they will NEVER do this again to anyone as these are extremely personal and important documents, and should not be in the possession of anyone but the owner.

Uk immigration were recommended to my by a friend. Sunil handled my case prepared all the necessary documentions needed for extensions for my residents permit. When he took my case on he clearly informed me That I have two choices either I can do a same day application or a normal applicator which can take up to six months. Even wrote a letter for my work which detailed my case is currently with the home office and I can continue to work as normal. When I needed advice or had queries my questions were answered very quickly. My application was granted within 5 months I will highly recommend Sunil and his team.

After my wife's visa extension was rejected we didn't know which way to turn. One call to these guys put us at ease and they got the ball rolling immediately. Harris Qadir fought for our case until we won!

Harris Qadir from UK Migration Lawyers has provided us with what I consider without exageration the best service I've ever had my whole life. No one has ever cared as much about client satisfaction as much as Harris. The man simply doesn't give up on you.

We have approached UK Migration Lawyers in December 2020 to apply for a UK visitor visa for my Ukrainian girlfriend. Harris was appointed as our caseworker. His thorough and simple explanation of the application process and his attention to details assured us that we are being looked after by a very knowledgeable and professional person.

Once Harris established our pupose of visit and our circumstances he requested us to prepare a very clear and detailed set of documents and he proceeded to submitting the application on our behalf.

Until then, everything was straightforward and clear and we were quite confident that my girlfriend's visa would be granted since we have met all the requirements and our circumstances are clear and advantageous.

However, few days after our application was submitted we were shocked to receive an email informing that the visa was rejected.

Now... In normal cases, this is when you would usually get an email saying sorry and the story ends there. But Harris is not that type. Harris was in fact as baffled as us by the decision and he was 100% committed to deliver the results we believed we deserve. He called us and explained that the person who made the decision did not take all details we submitted into consideration. Harris offered the option of appealing against this decision through PAP.

To be honest, when I sensed that level of commitment from Harris to our case I felt like no matter what the decision of the appeal would be, this man deserves a lot of credit just for the efforts he made to push for a positive decision.

Few weeks after the appeal was lodged, my girlfriend sent me a screenshot from an email reading... "Your visa decision was overturned".

I literally jumped off my seat at work and punched the air like we just won an Oscar!

But the person who really deserves an Oscar is the one who stuck around for 4 months making calls, answering calls, writing emails, replying to emails, collecting documents, writing letters, reviewing decisions, lodging appeals and pretty much fighting for us until our last glimmer of hope. That person is Harris Qadir and I will never be able to thank him enough.

Sunil was our lawyer and he was really helpful with everything. Got my visa successfully. Cheers guys!

AVOID!! Very inexperienced & incapable team! We had more than 1 year to prepare for our court hearing and the final product they showed us for submission was rubbish, left disappointed as we didn't have time to improve it. Wrote our own personal statements last minute as we felt the one wrote by so called solicitor was completely substandard. The skeleton was criticized by the judge as well for its lack of covering all grounds of refusal. Who does that? Poor communication during the 1 year waiting time and hence we were left helpless to even input in and/or learn the progress of the preparation. This coupled by the useless barrister we got on the day of hearing, who didn't know a thing about our case. She had to be briefed by my wife on the day of the hearing to represent us, despite asking to meet the barrister ahead of time repeatedly and were refused to do so. Badly let down as our appeal got dismissed! AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!

Was very disappointed with the service from start to finish. I felt like my appointed lawyer had a very busy caseload didn t answer my calls didn t help me when needed it and we did not get my Japanese fiancee into the country. I went and used another company and found the service much more personal professional and correct I m formally going to my complaint to the company to the government and ombudsman.. As after reapplying it took another seven months to get my fiance into the country which created a lot of unnecessary heartache pain and expenditure

After what seemed many weeks of research I finally decided to go with UK Migration Lawyers as they seemed to have a good reputation in immigration law. Anyway after a brief conversion with a member of their staff who checked a few details regarding myself and my Chinese wife we were reliably informed that you have a strong case.
During this conversion the young lady put me at my ease and managed to build my confidence in what can be a difficult campaign. UK Immigration these days is a hostile environment so you need a team that have the experience and years of success in Immigration law to help you to succeed.

As I write this we do not know about the outcome, as our case has only just been submitted. However from reading through the draft covering letter which was submitted with our paperwork I am as confident as I can be about a positive outcome.

Having said this I know that there is still a tiny possibility that we may receive a refusal, because as I previously wrote, UK immigration is a hostile environment, and our friends(Not Friends)at the Home Office are looking for the smallest weakness in your case. If they find one they will exploit it and build a case for rejection.
