AVOID!! Very inexperienced & incapable team! We had more than 1 year to prepare for our court hearing and the final product they showed us for submission was rubbish, left disappointed as we didn't have time to improve it. Wrote our own personal statements last minute as we felt the one wrote by so called solicitor was completely substandard. The skeleton was criticized by the judge as well for its lack of covering all grounds of refusal. Who does that? Poor communication during the 1 year waiting time and hence we were left helpless to even input in and/or learn the progress of the preparation. This coupled by the useless barrister we got on the day of hearing, who didn't know a thing about our case. She had to be briefed by my wife on the day of the hearing to represent us, despite asking to meet the barrister ahead of time repeatedly and were refused to do so. Badly let down as our appeal got dismissed! AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!
