they handled my wife's case for leave to remain very professionally , they took the case from day one and look after the case , very good communication, immediate respond, further support, and excellent legal information, my wife's case was complicated and failed under different categories of the UK law and the EU laws , family life and private life , I was very glad that my wife could grant her leave to remain through the UK migration lawyers from the 1st court.

I had a horrible experience with this office.
I basically feel I was scammed. They got my thousands for no work at all.
I feel my case worker miss Hajer Kawan has no much experience as I felt she had no clue of what she was doing.
Basically I went in in the hope of applying for settlements, with copy of my LITUK etc, she stated processing the case after asking for tonnes of documents, I paid consultation fee over a thousand, a few weeks to my visa expire date I get to be told best to extend my current visa and was sent an application form to sign at this point I was panicking my application which i never got a copy of and didn't know what was in it got submitted a day before due date, three months later I got suspended from work due to the fact that my employers did not want to get fined from govt for keeping me with no proper documents, I stayed over a month then was taken back after home office sent a receipt but my application got dismissed in August, Hajer advised I appeal I did and off course this cost me thousands again, the judge said she would answer us in two weeks, two weeks later I called Hajer if she got the email from the judge yet, she refused and yet she lied I told her my employers had started pressuring me again. The next day she calls I missed her call as I was at work. I later called her back only to be told that the appeal got dismissed, I was like I called you yesterday you said you had not received any news and less than 24 hours you are telling me this? I almost got fired.
I immediately looked for another lawyer we called Hajer for the judge email she was hesitant to release it, sent it over 30minutes later and when my new lawyer looked at the date it was sent to her (19 November she got that email, only informed me 11 December)we realised why she was sitting on it, it was sent to her exactly 2 weeks from my appeal day. This lady is so cruel I have never met a woman like her. My first application had random names people I don't even know in it what a scam. This makes me so upset these people have robbed me. Why hold such a title if the company is employing incompetent people.
My new lawyer was surprised at how my case was handled. Please give me my money back I beg you.

A number of web searches, phone calls later to nummerous Immigration lawyers, agencies and wondering whom to choose. I had to finally make a choice. I could not ignore recalling the communication with Dylan and then the Caseworker Miss Mehvesh Akbar from UK migration. We began the process with Mehvesh who appropriately and promptly answered each of my calls, my emails, clarified.Mehvesh has been organised and listed me a checklist through which I made sure I kept promptly ticking the boxes off and sending the documents to her for approval. I got all documents in place and together we had all the requirements in place in the timeframe as was discussed. All documents submitted it was the waiting time. We went for the Priority VISA services and had our positive decision with the 30 working days. A year and 3 months ago I made an application to the Home Office to extend mmy visa. It was declined and at the same time they revoked my daughter's British citizenship as when she was born, my divorce from ex husband whom is Italian was finalised six months after she was born.
