Was very disappointed with the service from start to finish. I felt like my appointed lawyer had a very busy caseload didn t answer my calls didn t help me when needed it and we did not get my Japanese fiancee into the country. I went and used another company and found the service much more personal professional and correct I m formally going to my complaint to the company to the government and ombudsman.. As after reapplying it took another seven months to get my fiance into the country which created a lot of unnecessary heartache pain and expenditure
