Recently in for outpatient surgery. The best experience possible! Staff was very professional, communication was wonderful, they put my mind at ease. I even received a follow up call and get well card. The OR team certainly went above and beyond!
They charged like $5000 for an x-ray of my them. $200 cash for 5 stars.
My father had knee surgery here on Monday. The best part was the nurse, Brittany, she was prompt and super kind. The experience we had with his doctor was less to be desired. When my mom told him she wanted my dad to go home ASAP, they told her he needed to go into a nursing home. Which is not where he belongs.then he got the physical therapist to say the same and discharged
Fantastic hospital! I was born here back in the 90's and my family has always received excellent care coming here for the past 20 years!
I was grabed by my hair and thrown in a wheelchair and hit in my head by employees untill another staff told them to stop and she filed a report but I can't drink ir eat anything and bad diarrea. I am having seizures because I can't swollow anything and they keep ignorong the my pain and now my back hurts from the employees throwing ne... I feel like I am fading away since I had nothing to eat or drink for 5 day's The doctors say one thing but the staff totally change and could care less as soon as the Dr. Leaves I've had 10 seizures and in so much pain. They can't take blood anymore because I'm so dehydrated... I feel like I am in a torture hospital and I am a cancer servivor...
My husband was given excellent care after having a very extensive back surgery by Dr. Friedlich. We were both very pleased with the Progressive Care Unit and the nurses were all very experienced and helpful.
They have gone above and beyond the times I have gone here for my husband and son. Fast service and very friendly staff. I will continue to keep coming whenever an emergency appears happens. I had recommended my sister as well and she's also had an amazing experience and quick service.
The nurses here are super slow. The front calls a person every 30-40 minutes. One can easily die and that still wouldn t make them move faster. I feel one star is giving to much credit to what they truly deserve.
Be very careful to monitor the medication orders issued by the attending physicians upon discharge. Ever time that my mother has been in this hospital, upon discharge her regular medications have been changed without my knowledge. The last incident was just last week. They discontinued her lasix (water pill) and potassium and discharged her to a nursing home. Less that 24 hours later 911 had to be called to take her to another emergency room. He potassium level was critically low, and she had fluid building up in her chest cavity.
Beware of the billing department. My sons friend whom I d just met needed medical attention (a little too much caffeine) I called 911 and an ambulance checked him out and said he was fine but since I m not the guardian transported him to hospital. He no longer required any medical attention. He s 17 and here from out of country for a tournament. Hospital said, he would be released if I sign responsibility. Otherwise they held him prisoner until I signed. Young lady who collects billing info said, explain situation when you receive a bill and they ll remove it . Well all departments did just that except for the hospital. I m being forced to pay for someone I do not know. Just finished making payment arrangements before it shows up on my credit report. Worse hospital ever, unethical and money hungry. They should be ashamed of themselves. BTW all they ended up doing was ignoring him then took his BP and check his eyes.

Just had my newborn girl here and the experience is amazing. Nurses go above and beyond. NICU nurses were very informative and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience! Keep up the great work
Long wait time and rude staff. The doctors seem unfamiliar with many medical conditions.
Busy place . I would say it has been the best care ever my first experience. My second experience i would of like more updates on, length of time or options for sending lab work results to primary doctor for updates. Thank you Dr. Windenmuth! & staff.
I work in an ER so i avoid hospitals cause i see how staff treats people and that makes me not want to go! But today i went to southwest for the first time and had a great experience from beginning to end! Its literally been 10 years since i had been in an ER! The nurses were so helpful and patience and especially nice! Made me feel comfortable! All hospitals are currently so busy but they treated me with priority either way got me in and out of there! Saw the PA Tom also great! I wish i had gotten the nurses names they were both so sweet and helpful!
Had bad infection from my hernia repair surgery..my doctor checked me into inland valley hodpital..nurses very nice,doctors informative.i would
go back if I needed another surgery
Don t go there if u have a lot of medical problems and ur young because they think ur just there for pain Medicine and they will kill u horrible Hospital and as a trauma Hospital they are a joke but they do have some good trauma doctors

I recently had surgery at Hoag Orthopedic Hospital in Irvine, now I'm spoiled! If you want the best doctors, you'll need to go on the other side of the railroad tracks towards Los Angeles......

I have been coming here for years. zi have always been treated with respect. They seriously care. If you have a simple matter they will send you to a different section, so you can get in and out.
I've brought my family here for 10 years and I would recommend them to anyone.
WORST HOSPITAL EVER! EXTREME RACISM! Wife was here very recently. She was limping and bleeding in tremendous pain. The doctor and nurses just gave an attitude and were trying to just brush her off. Incredibly unprofessional. Staff gave up her room without out notice while she was admitted. She ended up having to limp out of the hospital bleeding and walked home.
Unfortunately, my family and I spend far too much time at hospitals. More unfortunately, there are no good hospitals around here. Inland Valley is the BEST hospital in the area or, more accurately, it's the least horrible. So, if you're anywhere near here and NEED a hospital, go here. If you can hold off until you can go to another region, go for it.
AVOID this hospital if at all possible. Over $4000.00 charge for sitting in the waiting room. That does not include tests. Received a bill for a Dr. that I never saw or spoke to $2000.00. No Dr. examined me at all. A PA popped her head in and said tests were being ordered. I owe thousands of $$ and I have insurance!
Afterhour service is ridiculously expensive and eye care was very primitive swabbing my eye with an ear-swab to remove a splinter with no microscope or magnifying system available to inspect the eye. For emergency care a charge of $1126 and $223 for 1 eye drop.
I would not recommend Southwest Healthcare to anyone.

My husband had a fever and the doctor told me if the fever is vicious do not discharge hospital and that night the pogrom started from un mercy team they refused to give my husband medicine until I leave his room and that is happened and return back room find my husband full of cold sweat and his clothes and sheet and blanket full of sweat and by hard he recognized me
The next pogrom started again with poison weapons with in mercy terrible team
At 4:30 am one of them came and tell my husband the doctor order you to leave this hospital before 9 am
And my husband asked them to give him a chance to ask any one to puck us from hospital
They answered you are going to send home on a hospital encharge by taxi

Both of them rushed inside the restroom during my husband poop and try to get him out and he was not completely put on his under ware and they catch him from both hands each one of them cat h one and try to take the iv out from his ATM inside a restroom
And my husband told them I am sick leave my I am getting out and he get out and the security wE waiting us at the entrance of the room with happy face with a huge tall fat man with a friend whowheel" chair and take us out to the entrance and from that day tell now my husband is at corona regional center in corona with horrible and infection ,with a long story with ambulance and fire men
One of the pump ass white doctors there was was rude to me and every time I go over there either the nurses MD are rude to me. They are messing with wrong person.l

I went in 01/25/21 had my blood drawn was poked in n out while the ignorant ma was phishing for my vein left me with a hurt right arm along with a huge bruise which I do have photos of ! It was a very small amount of people in the waiting room I was stuck there for 2 hours ! I advised I had to leave for a court order they didn't come out on time I told them I would have to come back came back asking for my lab results they said they discarded everything but yet want to bill me !
I since then been reaching out to there business center that did NOTHING asked for a supervisor and they can't even get one on the line . This matter will be taken legal action this point out
This place is crap. My dad had a mild heart attack made him sit in the E.R. for 12 hours and counting. Still no bed in icu or any updates, you need to start harassing the staff to get any update info. He even unplugged all his monitors and still no nurse came in. This place is a joke i'd give them a 0 if i could.
Yall discharged me with an orbital fracture, two fractured legs and did not try to admit me to the hospital also you didn't want to give me a wheel chair to leave on you tried to have me get on some crutches like are you serious I'm sorry but I dont normally right reviews but this is ridiculous.i just thought some people should know. I'm here now and I'm a sickle cell patient I get treated as if I'm a drug addict chronic pain patient and they look at u as if u only come in there for one thing and leave this will be last time here inland valley made it to where I will never come back or go to a hospital again
Start to finish horrible!! After waiting for hours the Dr walks in wearing street clothes and begins jotting down his notes on a Pechanga napkin. Not a joke! After asking him about an issue my wife had experienced while at the hospital he said he hadn't even looked at her chart. Steer clear!!

Terrible place to go to. If your able to make it to the next hospital, do so and it will be the best decision you would have ever made. Most of the staff i believe just look at the paycheck not the actual care of the patients.
