A sugar this place to load I've been in dock for 4 hours and nothing or a pallet

Ain't sure who yo blame the shipper or receiver on the other end but I will quit my company if asked to load here again!

Worst shipping. They don't care about driver's time.

We had no experience of this Company's products as it was recommended in our new construction installer. Our GeoThermal unit is good when it works. I was "told" that it came with a 25 year warranty. Silly me! It was installed in summer of 2014. In July of 2018 it quit working. Called installer and they came out and checked it. Pressure line cracked and leaked out all gas. This is when I learned the "real" warranty. 10 yr parts, 5 yrs labor. No gas!!!! They repaired the crack and recharged system...$400. April 2020 and the unit quit again. Technician found a broken copper elbow on the suction line (obviously they have a fatigue cracking issue with unit). $811 later it is now working again. Technician just shrugged his shoulders when I asked for a root cause analysis as to why the copper lines are breaking. DO NOT PURCHASE A CLIMATEMASTER!!! The Company is not at all interested in helping solve their manufacturing defects! Buyer beware...you've been warned.

Poor quality products. Avoid purchasing anything made by Climatemaster. Major parts failure on two Geo-thermal heat pumps and zero support from the company. Save your money and get quality products elsewhere.

They don t even deserve one star. I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment to get loaded and I had 5 hours left on my 14. They still haven t started loading me (and I m the only truck here) and now I m down to 43 minutes remaining on my 14. I can hardly wait to tell them I m not leaving until my break is over and I can legally drive.
This place is worse than a cold storage warehouse.

Slow.
Rude.
Dont bring your truck to load here, you'll be forgotten for hours.

Glad I read these. I will look elsewhere for a geothermal unit.

Very slooooow. 5 hours just to start loading. Arrived at 10 am now is 2 30 and I'm still waiting...... Now is 5 pm they are finished. Avoid this place!!!

Their products require endless maintenance and they don t safe money. Geothermal is a scam and climatemaster units do one thing consisitently: they break.

Go elsewhere for Geothermal. I built a home 10 years ago. Choosing Climatemaster was the worst mistake I've ever made. Its been one thing after the other for 10 years. Worst of all is that Climatemaster has never been the least bit helpful. I chose Climatemaster because they are manufactured 60 miles from my home. Yet, I can find no one to provide authorized service. I called Climatemaster about this 9 months ago, and they actually told me to call their distributor to ask if they knew anyone. I have to pay an extra $125 per visit to get a company to come from 50+ miles away. Absolutely horrible product, and customer care.

Worst customer service. Donna (Customer Service Director) tells you to call the distributor, because they didn t sell the product to you, the distributor tells you he didn t sell the product to you and the Dealer who installed tells you he didn t make the product.
The company has a problem (one of them) with the circuit board that they can t figure out and you, will pay to fix it, and you will be without heat for a king time.
Stay away from them

Had to call the law!!!Arrived at 0845, it's 1445 and still locked in dock. Flatbed drivers will block van drivers from backing in docks or leaving till their done tarping. We all suffer because they are not courteous. This time, no other trucks and still over 7 hours waiting. The negative reviews are warranted and new manager is cocky so, not any better. Save yourself the lost revenue and find a better shipper. I asked how much longer after 7 hours and they said they only had the front end done. Wouldn't tell me how much longer, manager lied to me when I asked two hours before. I asked them to remove the freight and unlock my trailer from the dock. The manager just walked off. I then, called the sheriff
Sheriff arrived just as they were getting the last few pallets off and they released me as the sheriff was standing there. Sheriff said, there actions are approaching criminal by holding drivers in the heat of the day with no facilities for that long. I will never hual for Climate Control. The shipper employees think it's funny to harass drivers this way but, the law enforcement records all interactions and if more drivers do what I did, shippers and receivers will get criminal charges and lawsuits.

Buyer beware. I have 3 units and have to constantly replace parts. The coils they use are junk. They always have an excuse as to why they fail. There are better geothermal systems. Too late for me. Do your homework.

Unprofessional shipping staff very rude. First come first serve but if they don't have the product ready they'll tell you you have an appointment. When I told the person in charge I'm running out of hours mf said I don't care about your hours. Avoid this place if possible. Rude, unprofessional lazy staff.
