Beware of the billing department. My sons friend whom I d just met needed medical attention (a little too much caffeine) I called 911 and an ambulance checked him out and said he was fine but since I m not the guardian transported him to hospital. He no longer required any medical attention. He s 17 and here from out of country for a tournament. Hospital said, he would be released if I sign responsibility. Otherwise they held him prisoner until I signed. Young lady who collects billing info said, explain situation when you receive a bill and they ll remove it . Well all departments did just that except for the hospital. I m being forced to pay for someone I do not know. Just finished making payment arrangements before it shows up on my credit report. Worse hospital ever, unethical and money hungry. They should be ashamed of themselves. BTW all they ended up doing was ignoring him then took his BP and check his eyes.
So disappointing.
