Nice new facility. A great blessing to the community. I highly recommend Jamie Bingham, the physicians assistant, who was super helpful to our 5 year old son and went out of his way to make sure that we got the prescription filled right away and in time since the pharmacy was closing. We appreciate the time and attention that he took to address our concerns and help our family.
Jamie also helped out our family at a birthday party when our son broke 2 bones in his arm (our children are in the same class)... he helped me stabilize his arm so we could get him to Price to be X rayed. When I called Carbon Medical to see if they could do an x-ray, they said they have an x-ray machine, but no x-ray technician to do the x-ray. I thought this was strange. Why have the expensive machine, if you unable to use it to help local residents?

It s just all around a terrible ran clinic. They don t keep track of payments, will double charge you all the time, or more if they can get away with it. It s absolutely not worth your time. Please just go to a real clinic with real doctors and don t waste any time or money here

I have been going to this clinic for many years. I m tired of changing providers every 6 to 12 months because they are let go. I have been forced to change medical providers without any reason. They will soon be seeing only the low income patients who can t go anywhere else.

Last visit was to renew pain medication, a very small number of lower dose narcotic that I renew maybe once per year for incredibly painful back issues. Same prescription taken for years, was made to feel like a drug seeking addict, drug tested, questioned, generally made to feel really horrible.
Was prescribed 21 tablets, but mysteriously I received only 19 of them, normally have received 40 that usually last me a year for flare ups. The pharmacy has a history of shorting me on medications on a regular basis, never had that problem at Lyn s or even Walmart. Then there is the problem of having a different provider all the time. And they don t keep the good ones that care about their patients and develop a relationship of trust and support. I will be going elsewhere from now on. The care at this clinic sucks overall and it is given out with a high level of patronizing and arrogance. I prefer to be treated as an adult, thank you, I have some intelligence.
