I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge of product and care for the customer Kathy Underwood presented. We, my wife and I, arrived at 8:30 A.M. checked over the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT van, test drove, started and ended dealing to signing papers by 9:30 A.M.. You can't beat that, no beating around the bush, she made it worth the 1 1/2 drive. It was well worth the trip and we'll be back and for sure asking for Kathy.
